Does not return multiple phone calls made and left voice mails requesting a call. Poor customer service

Dave Engersole was wonderful. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. Helped me to set up what was needed on my phone.

Talked me out of the car I was interested in within 10 mins of being there. I came with a car to trade in and didn’t give me an offer for it. Also, typically in my experiences with buying a new vehicle you test drive it first. Didn’t even offer me to test drive it. Handed me paperwork to sign without even explaining what the paper work was. I had to ask. Just to find out a little bit after I got there, they finalized the exact vehicle I was there for to be transferred to a different city…. I drove an hour there after making an appt. Just for them to waste my time.

They have had my car for a month and 14 days and had it less than a month before having transmission problems!! They don't want to return calls to let us know what is going on and always a excuse on why not done. They tell us it will be done one day then when we call to go pickup tell us still not and want to tell us another!! I am currently looking into a lawyer!! I would not recommend them to anyone as I will never buy another from here!!

When we had our car serviced at Kia Lima, they made sure to keep us updated on what was going on. The manager, Kevin is amazing. He personally made sure that things were taken care of. He totally went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top notch.
