George from service department took great care of my issue and worked diligently to stay on top of a needed recall Repair with back ordered parts. My issue was resolved and now I’m back on the road.

Our experience with Malouf has been exceptional! Vinny Farina and Donald Brown made our experience of purchasing a new F150 incredibly simple. They both communicated by phone and email seamlessly and in a timely manner. They helped with any and all questions we had and never once made it seem like it was a hassle. We plan to purchase an SUV in the next few years and we will definitely be returning customers. I can’t recommend Vinny and Don enough!

Horrible, online service, I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Steve the online manager who could not bother to get back to me. I left messages, I called and finally found out the car was sold three days after I was trying to purchase it. What a terribly frustrating experience, that showed complete disregard for the customer. Steve you are an unscrupulous salesperson.

They had a good inventory of what I was looking for , sales help was nice, no pressure and very accommodating . explained almost every question I had and if she didn't know she found out . Pleasure to work with. Credit dept was very easy as well.
