We purchased a 2025 Audi A5 convertible and are very pleased with the knowledgeable, pleasant sales rep Alora Cline and the car. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Everyone we encountered very nice and helpful. Car was EXACTLY as advertised. Tank of gas was nice touch.

Had a great experience! My car was picked up as scheduled and on time. I received a call when the car was finished being serviced. They explained what had been done and told me everything checked out. I was not home at the time so they scheduled my car to be delivered to me when I returned home. The whole process was convenient and a great experience. All of the individuals I dealt with (George, Lisa and Eddie) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. I would highly recommend Malouf Ford-Lincoln.

My wife and I have dealt with Marlo for over a decade with our Ford Leases. Never a problem. Always there to answer any questions we have. Malouf is not the closest Ford Dealer to us, but worth the few extra miles.

My Lease was up on my 23 Escape and I decide not to lease another car. I ending up buying one of the last year model of the Escape. This way it will be mine. Marlo H was great as always. She had us look a a bronco sport but we wanted to see the 26 Escape. We loved the color and it has all the bells and whistles we need. Financing was great and we were out of Malouf with the new Escape in about 3 hours. Way to go Marlo. I will always use Malouf.
