My sales person was knowledgable, answered all questions, and made my first experience in buying a new car enjoyable. This was the first time I ever looked into leasing or financing a vehicle. I was very unsure and cautious, but Yuri answered everything and was reasonable and this put me at ease.

We had a good experience with the dealership. They spent a lot of time going over all the options offered in the Odyssey until we were able to decide which vehicle was best for our family. Our salesperson, Joe Finocchio, was very personable. Not pushy at all. He was such a nice guy, we wanted buy the car from him and give him the business. We've used the dealership in the past for service. This was the first time we had purchased a vehicle here. Would recommend them for sales and service.

Our experience at Honda Phillipsburg-Easton was great! Tom was very knowledgeable and helped us make our decision on what models we needed as well as giving us a fantastic price. We appreciate the time he spent with us late on a Sat. night as well as coming in to deliver the cars on his vacation day!!

Great dealership

Even though I didn't buy a Honda and it wasn't the right fit for me, Ben Lazar was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find the vehicle that would make me happy. I would definitely be back when I'm looking at cars again.

Nice dealership

I purchased a used car from Ben Lazar and found him to be professional and not your typical salesmen. He doesn't talk down to you or try the "lines" on you. He tries to figure out what you like and wants to help make you a happy customer. Thanks Ben!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Our salesman,...

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Our salesman, Yury, listened to our needs and our comfort zone of affordability. Because he took the time, we were able to leave the dealership, that day, in a 2010 Honda Accord. A special thank you to Ed Ajhar for his help in making sure that we understood clearly all of our options (Go Giants!) Finally, the new showroom is beautiful and our children were thrilled to have a special room where they could have a snack and play with toys as well as watch children-friendly programs.

Everyone at the Phillipsburg-Easton Honda dealership is...

Everyone at the Phillipsburg-Easton Honda dealership is wonderfully courteous and pleasant. Phone calls were always answered quickly and cheerfully. Walk-ins were offered coffee and greeted with smiles. My salesman, Peter Poretta, was so great to work with due to his extremely pleasant manner, yet professional and caring attitude. He patiently answered my millions of questions quickly and made sure I understood each answer before proceeding to the next. He has obvious passion for Honda's quality, as he showed me each little detail of the Civic models. His enthusiasm for the Honda products he sells is genuine, and it puts me at ease to know he is proud of his cars. Unbelieveably, they matched the lowest price I came in with, and because of that I got the car I wanted most, the fancier Civic EX-L with Navigation, PLUS some additional options, and even an extra WARRANTY that Eddie Ajhar customized just for me. I must mention that I was surprised at the cleanliness of the service garage area. One day I called when it was Peter's day off, and was referred to their department, where a service man happily answered my question with no fuss whatsoever. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes Phillipsburg-Easton Honda outstanding in my book!
