I came to this Honda dealership to discuss getting out of my current car lease — a completely normal and reasonable request that any dealership should be able to handle professionally. Instead, I was met with one of the most disrespectful and humiliating customer experiences I have ever had. The general manager, Al, spoke to me in a condescending and degrading manner — in front of my girlfriend, no less. Rather than addressing my concerns or exploring options, he told me I needed to “make more money” and suggested I should “do better in life” if I wanted to afford the car. I was stunned. A customer service representative, let alone a general manager, has absolutely no place making personal comments about a customer’s finances or life choices. It was unprofessional, cruel, and completely unacceptable. I came in as a paying customer looking for help. I left feeling disrespected and humiliated. To make matters worse, my situation remains completely unresolved — no follow-up, no apology, nothing. Al’s behavior reflects poorly not just on himself, but on the entire dealership and the Honda brand. I would strongly caution anyone — especially first-time buyers or those in lease negotiations — to think twice before visiting this location. No one deserves to be spoken to this way, regardless of their financial situation

The service was impeccable and I love the way my Honda Pilot drives and feels. Thanks to all of the staff for making this easy. Completed my service in good time, had tire rotation, oil
Completed my service in good time, had tire rotation, oil change and an alignment. Had coupons for all the service. The waiting area is comfortable. Service tech was through. I dropped off my vehicle and it would have taken a long time to download my navigation update and he called me to let me know while my vehicle was there, which I opted not to do. All in all, I was pleased with the visit.
