Conrad is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He really went above and beyond to bat for me, as I was borderline approved for a car. He made it happen and I will always remember that and am forever thankful to him! He’s also very honest so I highly recommend him for all your car needs!

DCH Honda in Old Bridge, NJ. My appointment was made by the receptionist. I was introduced to Bekim, a client advisor. There was a test drive and then I asked for an “out the door” quote. When I saw the quote,..... I almost flipped out. The quote included everything; all packages I didn't ask for. I said it's illegal to sell a car with packages without my consent. The final price was not negotiated by General Sales Manager Andrew Ly. I would say it was imposed. It wasn’t an impressive price, but I had no choice; I needed a car. I had to agree because this dealership had the car I was looking for. Otherwise, I would have walked away. A few months after purchase I attempted to get in touch with General Manager Joseph Lepore, as well as General Sales Manager Andrew Ly. Neither Manager got back in touch with me. I didn't have a good experience with purchasing the car at the Old Bridge DCH Honda. I do not recommend them to potential buyers. Run, run, run! You'll thank me later.

To say I'm disappointed after my last transaction with
To say I'm disappointed after my last transaction with DCH Old Bridge would be a massive understatement. In the beginning of August, my husband and I went to the lot looking to purchase a Honda CRV. We've been with DCH for a decade, leasing and purchasing our family cars. We found a 2017 CRV with 62k miles for 18k. We were told the car runs great with no issues. Two days after purchase, the check engine light went on with a message that reads "emissions system problem". We call DCH and make an appointment for the following weekend to bring it in to be looked at. After making my husband wait 3 hours, they give him back the car letting him know they cleared the message but did not run a full diagnostic on the car, and if the message comes back on to bring it back. Weird. A couple of days later, sure enough, the message returns. This time we bring it back and they have us waiting 2 hours before they tell us they don't have time to diagnose the issue that day (in spite of us having an appointment for just that) and to bring it back in Tuesday morning. Now I have to miss work Monday AND Tuesday because I have no transportation. Zero respect for our time. They finally call us Tuesday to let us know that the fuel pump has a leak and needs to be replaced. They "generously" offer to cover half the cost and say it will only be $300 for us. So now I have missed multiple days of work and we're paying hundreds of dollars to fix an issue that clearly was withheld from us when we were deciding whether or not to purchase the vehicle. I have no doubt that they already knew about this leak (how could they not, the message came up 48 hours after purchase) and they did exactly what they did the first time we brought the vehicle in, hoping to delay diagnostic long enough that the cost of repair would be outside of the 30 day warranty, even though we were told that this particular issue was not covered by the warranty anyway. I asked for a manager in the service area and he cut me off before I could even explain my grievances and said this was an issue for the sales managers, two names were given and conveniently neither was in that day. Needless to say, we will never use DCH Honda again for our vehicle leases or purchases, and I would strongly advise against it for others, as well.

The person who my appointment was with was unable to see
The person who my appointment was with was unable to see me so I got handed off to someone else who was very abrasive. Wasn’t able to see 1 or the 2 cars I went to see because he “couldn’t find it” but it wasn’t sold. Bought a car elsewhere with much nicer salespeople!

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Mazda cx-5 on Driveway
My husband and I purchased a 2018 Mazda cx-5 on Driveway through this dealership. When we received the vehicle, the engine was smoking and leaking oil. We immediately took it to a professional mechanic where they then diagnosed that the vehicle has a blown head gasket and would need a whole new engine. DCH Academy Honda is trying to say that the reason the engine is smoking is due to “residual oil” left from a head gasket cover fix they did back at the end of April. The mechanic told us that it’s obvious DCH academy Honda tried to put a “bandaid” over a much bigger issue. DCH Academy Honda is refusing to give us back our shipping fee after receiving a vehicle that isn’t even safe to drive. We left their team a message and they are ignoring us. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. My husband and I have pictures and videos with time stamps from the very day that we received the car proving that we received it this way. We will be contacting Better Business Bureau to file a complaint about this business and if DCH Academy Honda continues to ignore us we will be taking legal action as selling a vehicle in this condition is against EVERY consumer law. Honda should be ashamed of this place.
