Worst service I’ve ever received. I called the parts department for literally 20 mins to get a hold of someone, once on the phone “joe form parts” said he will call me back because he was helping someone else. Never got a call back I called back got a hold of the reception desk and asked for a parts manager, I was transferred over to voicemail this happened 3 more times after she reassured me someone was going to pick up. Called back was hung up on multiple times. I wasted 3 hours trying to give these incompetent people my business instead I was bounced around from voicemail to voicemail. What a freaking joke.

Dealing with Hamada Elmasry was awesome made everything to buy my land rover nice and he try to many different ways until he gave me financial approval and got my dream car Thank you Hammad and Open Road BMW

DISGRACEFUL BUNCH OF LIARS: I called up yesterday to setup a service appointment and asked for a loaner. At the end of the call, I told her that I will be travelling from an hour away and would need a loan and she confirmed again. They asked me to come this morning. After driving an hour and arriving at the dealership, they said that there was no loaner and I had to wait for 2 hours to complete. I then spoke to the manager who said that it was a receiptionist who promised me to loaner and not him! He told me to either take my car away or have my car serviced in 20 minutes. I dont know how the 2 hour service job can be done in 20 minutes and how the loaner car booked for me suddenly got cancelled! Just a bunch of liars. I would never recommend anyone to this place

I have purchased over a dozen cars and never had an experience anything like this. To make things worse, management never provided any response to my complaints.

Hamada Elmasry was extremely professional and helpful. He took his time to answer all of my questions and provided great customer service. Hence, I recommend this dealer at Open Road, Edison for buying your next car 🚗 .

Ahmed is the man. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and believe it or not he is actually honest! Rare find for a car dealer. I just bought a certified pre owned BMW and they even gave me extended warranties for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to waste my precious time going back and forth over the price. There is a sense of transparency and even the other staff at Edison Open Road BMW as well, are extremely open and don’t put pressure on you because they aren’t making tons of money off each sale. If you don’t buy the car someone else will for the prices they list on the tags. I did my research and I can attest: on the certified pre owned vehicle I bought and the others listed, the tag prices don’t include much padding. No other unreasonable fees to make up for it either!! Finally found honest car dealers and I won’t ever be going elsewhere; I didn’t think that existed until I went to OPEN ROAD EDISON!

These people are abrasive and not customer focused. The service department receptionists are nice as can be but the service managers bring "tough guy" attitudes and are just generally jerks. Bring your business to other BMW dealerships and save yourself the trouble.

A friend referred me to Dave Kempf. I told him that I was short on time and what I wanted and the next thing I knew I was in my new 330. Less than any other price I got, highly recommended.

Worst receptionist I ever seem in my life. She is friendly and not responsive. She ignore as if she busy. Will not go there. .
