I had my Toyota Rav4 serviced today.

I had my Toyota Rav4 serviced today. I arrived about 15 min. sooner than the appointment time but was taken right in. Anthony, was like always courteous and pleasantly easy to work with. I took advantage of the coupon from Toyota World of Clinton. My wait time was shorter than expected. I had a cup of complimentary coffee while waiting. The spacious waiting area with wariaty of seats could accommodate people who need to complete other tasks in a meantime or have limited mobility. I was updated during the process. I declined suggested additional work and showed the cost for it. I wasn't pressured to pursue. Thank you for raking good care of my vehicle and myself.

The sales experience was great, but waiting two days to

The sales experience was great, but waiting two days to get my car back after a 5000 mile comp service was not. Not one communication from them either. Every time I called I got a voicemail and they didn’t bother to call me before they closed.

I recently purchased my Camry at Toyota World of Clinton and worked with Kyla. She was friendly, patient and very helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. She also followed up promptly on my questions after the sale, which I greatly appreciated! Buying a car can feel overwhelming but Kyla made it smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are considering a car at Toyota World of Clinton.
