Very comfortable lounge area and stress free environment. Staff is great Jean is amazing. She understands customer immediate requirements and prioritize them.

I have been bringing my Lexie here for service (and sales ) for almost 20 years. Jean is my service person and is wonderful in every way !

The service takes too long and there is no estimate on how long it will take. The service is not bad but there should be a time estimate given on how long one can expect it to take. Also when I ask about past service done on my car, the advisor said that is a new system and old records have purged. Later, I said that is odd because typically data is not purged with a new system rollout. Then the advisor said that she does have access to the old system and she is looking it up.
