Called and asked about price, was told the price includes several incentives and the car was actually almost $2000 more. They called back after a bit and said they talked to their manager and they would honor that price, sweet right, wrong. Now they've added an accessory package that costs $2500 that included some warranty that they are not willing to remove. So no, they didn't honor any of the pricing. Glad I didn't drive several hours to be bait and switched. Told me it wouldn't make sense to honor the online price since I wouldn't be servicing the car with them.

Service department had my car for 3 businees days before they even hooked it up to the scanner. They did not do anything other than take a 30 second video of the underneath of the car for their initial repair suggestin inspection and hook the car up to the scanner. I was told there was only apprentices looking at my car and that they were short staffed, which is why it took so long for them to get to my car initally. I would call back daily looking for an update from my apparent assigned contact, Daniel, and daily they said they would have to ask the technician about the status/questions, and would call me back when he gets back from lunch. No one EVER called me back. I eventually gave up waiting for them to call me back to answer my questions, and decided I would go into the shop for answers moving forward. The tech was not working the day I went in, and when I followed up the following business day (this is after speaking directly with the shop manager) the technician was late to work (40 min late) and magically arrived to work 5 minutes after I left- having been stanindg at the service counter for 35 minutes. The shop manager knew I was going to arrive- and was no help. He did not even acknowlege my presence in the shop. After Hopkins Ford had my car for 12 DAYS and no answers, I had it towed to another dealer, but only after Hopkins required me to pay the $200 diagnotic testing fee.

POOR WORKMANSHIP AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY — BE CAUTIOUS I brought my 2019 Ford Transit 250 to this dealership after my ABS and Hill Assist lights came on. They diagnosed it as a faulty front driver-side ABS speed sensor and charged me nearly $400 for the replacement. After waiting five days for the repair, I got my van back — only for the exact same lights to come on less than a week later. When I returned to have it rechecked, they repeated the same process and still couldn’t provide a real explanation. Frustrated, I decided to purchase the replacement part myself and do the job properly. Upon inspection, I discovered that the previous installation had been done incorrectly — the metal bracket was bent in a way that caused it to rub against the tire, burning through and breaking the sensor wire. This wasn’t just poor workmanship — it showed a lack of care and accountability. I confronted the dealership, showed them the evidence, and only then did they agree to refund me. However, not once did anyone offer a proper explanation, take responsibility, or seem genuinely concerned about the issue. Customers shouldn’t have to go through multiple visits or pay hundreds of dollars for a mistake caused by the shop itself. I’m sharing this so others are aware — double-check their work, ask questions, and don’t settle for vague answers. To the dealership: please do better. Customers trust you to handle their vehicles professionally and safely — not to cut corners or push repeat repairs.

The price listed when called the dealership and immediately quoted $10,000 more than what the price on the Internet own dealer website. Ol’ bait and switch!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE They do not keep their word. I went on a test drive with Arturo and everything was fine. When we finished the paperwork and the porters were done cleaning the truck I noticed a crack in my windshield. My sales person Arturo agreed with me that it was not there on the test drive. They said they would fix it after my warranty kicked in. Now that my warranty is active there is nothing they can do to help me. The crack is still smaller than the size they said they could fix but nothing they can do. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP THAT REFUSES TO KEEP THEIR WORD!
