At River View Ford in Oswego, they treat you as a welcomed guest. I was in the “Quick Lane” for an oil change service for my GMC. Yes, they do take any brand of vehicle you may have. The employees, service writers and mechanics were friendly, attentive and professional. They actually took the time to read my vehicle inspection report to me. This report informs me of the status and health of my vehicle. Something that other dealerships I have been too do not do. To me, that is top notch service with a SMILE!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone. Be it for vehicle maintenance, purchases of a vehicle and or Ford parts etc. This dealership will go the second mile to be a blessings to their guest.
