Our salesman (Rocco) was excellent from start to finish. Any question or request was handled by him in the most professional manner. We were impressed to the point that I sent my daughter to him since she was looking to purchase a vehicle herself. Again Rocco was 100% on his game and helped her and her husband get their upgraded vehicle completed painlessly. I will send anyone your way that is looking to be treated the way you should be at any dealership.

I Have experienced some bad luck with my XT5. Had to be serviced a few times for repair. I must say I appreciate all that you guys have done to assist me especially this most recent service. I want to thank the GM Richard Fernandez for personally calling me to go over the gameplan for repair and bend over backwards to provide "Excellent customer service". I also want to thank Steve Dopke for all the updates and keeping me fully in the loop with the repair process. I was provided great Caddie loaner vehicles by these gentleman during this time. You guys even had my repaired car dropped off to my home and then they took back the loaner at the same time. Well done and very much appreciated. Thank you Guys. I tell everyone that the service department at Holman Caddillac in Mt Laurel is Committed to Excellence. I have enjoyed buying and leasing all my Caddies form you since you took over from Desimone. Thats many years and many cars. Thanks again.

Excellent reception at arrival by all. Excellent facility. Clean & neat waiting room and men's washroom. Service Rep stayed in touch during the wait and explained the suggested repairs/upgrades. Wait time acceptable. Car wash offered at check -in and was excellent! Minor issue: tire pressure was to be at 35 psi all four wheels. After driving less than a mile, pressure was up to 37 on all four tires. Adjusted them to 35 at local gas station. Very satisfied once again as I have been at Holman since my very first visit, having left the Chevrolet/Cadillac facility in Turnersville! Click to Copy
