The service department at John Johnson Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Budd lake is excellent. My very elderly parents Dodge Town and Country van had an oil leak. I took their van in for service and they were able to fix it with no issues. I really feel they go out of their way to give you the very best service. I have been taking my vehicles to this dealership for 20 plus years. Their service department is trustworthy and do a super job. Best in the area by far. Anne, the Service Director, Courtney, the Sevice Manager, and Brianna are very customer focused. They do get very busy but it's because their service department is that good. You can rest assure your vehicle is in good hands. I highly recommend this service department.

My service experience with Brianna at Johnson was excellent, as usual. The truck was taken in right away, and the technician even found additional warranty items to address which I wasn’t aware of, which was confidence inspiring!

I purchased a certified preowned 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in September. I noticed that it was water in the tail light. I brought it back to the dealership they replaced the taillight. So I didn't think anything of it. I took the car on vacation got caught in a rain storm. When I got back from vacation, I had a very bad smell in a car. I took it back to the dealership, thought that it was a dead animal or something. Come to find out the vehicle was flooded ,leaking in the front of the car and over the sunroof of the car. Spoke to the GM he said that he was gonna replace the car, now only thing they trying to do is replace the carpet in the car. Gm spoke to the owner of the company, Issue still not resolved. What that say about him. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware Beware Beware!

I was in for an oil change today. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca. She is very professional and efficient. She has excellent customer service skills. My car was done before she originally promised and that was great.
