From the sales to service department. They are always very helpful and always reliable. We never had a problem with them. We will always use the service department and buy our cars from them. In 2020 I bought 2 cars from them. A F150 and a mustang. The sales were top notch.

My experience with George Wall Ford just could not have gone better. No pressure sales and patience with the questions I had. Following my purchase of a 2024 Ford F250 their service dept. picked up right where the sales team left off. They are extremely courteous and complete. This dealership is run exactly how a customer wants a business to be run.

Going to a dealership you have the assumption that they will try to sell you on the product. However, dealing with Marc at George Wall was the exact opposite. He provided no pressure and let the cars do the talking. When it came down to what I was looking for Marc was able to find it and have it to me within a week. I will gladly recommend Marc Brudner for anyone interested in a Ford. How he handles business is exactly how you want a dealership experience to go. I also had a great experience with the staff there as they were so friendly.
