My recent oil change at George Wall Ford was so convenient . The whole thing took less than an hour and Jessica was so pleasant to deal with . I always get my Escape serviced here and have Always had a great experience. Thank you !

Great job.

Great job. Fixed what was wrong and my Explorer is back on the road with no issues. This was the first vehicle I ever went start to finish on ALL maintenance with the dealership. In this case: a different Ford dealership I will call “Harry’s” Ford; from purchase until now. Don’t let anyone tell you all dealerships are the same. Every Service appointment was an issue at “Harry’s” Ford. Wait for weeks, claim items weren’t under warranty, upsell, “warn” you there would be future unrelated problems down the road and in the latest case: describing a disaster scenario over the phone in which they claimed they are moths out on the repairs I was describing. What? Without even doing a diagnostic check? Well that was the final straw for “Harry’s”. I called George Wall Ford and the difference was night and day. My service needs were met. I am on the road. All you could ask for in a Dealership friendly, organized, thorough and efficient.

This dealership is in violation of the Federal Trade

This dealership is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission CAN-SPAM Act. I emailed them directly to give them a chance to correct the issue, and I have replied to the spam emails they have sent. I have, of course, used their opt-out link. My requests have not been honored. I have made multiple FTC reports for each email they send beyond my opt-out window. Each violation is fined at up to $53,088. Hopefully that will get their attention.

My first phone call to George wall i fell in love. I was directed to Diane, and let me tell you .... shes Top shelf!!! The Best!!! Diane went above and beyond to get me my dream car. She kept me updated on daily phone calls and texts and answering all my question. The whole staff is so friendly and knowledgeable in so many aspects. I would highly recommend George wall Ford, and ask for Diane. Thank you to all who helped make this happen.
