Impossible to work with for out of state sale.

Impossible to work with for out of state sale. Won’t ship, won’t take a deposit. I’d have to sell my current vehicle then fly down there and they might sell it out from under me during that process. When I mentioned this isn’t an unusual request and I have never had an issue buying a car from other out of state dealers they told me to go shop somewhere else then. Glad I got the attitude up front, I imagine it would have been a nightmare sales process.

My experience with Circle Hyundai has been very positive.

My experience with Circle Hyundai has been very positive. The salesperson I have been dealing with for the last year or so (Mona) has been excellent. She has gone out of her way to ensure my complete satisfaction. She has always been there to assist me with any issue I may encounter. Always returns my calls or emails in a very timely fashion. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai vehicle.

They didn't answer the questions asked of them or seem

They didn't answer the questions asked of them or seem like they wanted to close an easy cash only deal quickly. I talked with three people including the sales manager and none of them seemed like they wanted to close the deal. The biggest obstacle was whether they would deliver the car or have it delivered 103 miles away or not.

had set up an appointment at two o'clock to see the vehicle, no one there to help me when i arrived, so went out and look at vehicle in parking lot, still no agent to assist, went back in to building and had to approach three different people before they would assign one to help us and then we were told the vehicle was sold wholesale and it wasn't available. Not a good customer service rating from me on this place.

I called and spoke with Ken this morning when they opened

I called and spoke with Ken this morning when they opened and discussed a used car they had and figured out pricing and explained that im not local and would have to rent a cargo van to get there to purchase the vehicle and even verified everything with him a few times prior to paying for the rental to make it there and set up a scheduled time to come and buy the car. And I showed up a hour and half before the scheduled appointment and they had literally sold the car as I was sitting there and he kept looking at me and said oh yeah there not buying it your good. Well then he vanished and came back and asked if I was interested in any other cars and said no I just rented this cargo van as a one way rental to buy the car and drive it home that is almost 2 hours away. We'll they sold the car to the other people and then wanted to stick me with a couple other cars that weren't even comparable, and said I was crazy to not want them instead. Well before I acted a fool I said I would not be doing business with there company because the trust was gone and now im out several hundred dollars and my entire day gone to waste. I was definitely treated like garbage. And lied to many times. I would take your money elsewhere unless you want to do business with people who have zero respect or integrity. Where i come from we treat people with respect and honesty. And I did no get that here. Ken and Phil do better have a little respect for people and just be honest.

My 2025 Tucson was my 10th Hyundai lease and my last two

My 2025 Tucson was my 10th Hyundai lease and my last two were leased at Circle I must say that the experience at Circle was far superior then the other dealerships I’ve worked with Joseph Guzzo was a true gentleman and had everything in order when I walked in the door No Hassles !!! I say this without exaggeration– Hands down THE BEST, smoothest buying experience of any of the 5 transactions with dealers that I’ve bought a car with. This is our 5th Hyundai from Circle Hyunda and the experience gets better every time Chris Heely was our salesman our 4th Hyundai and he was so accommodating the last time we asked for him specifically and once again he gave us the best possible deal and made the entire experience very enjoyable. It was very quick and painless as we were in between sons baseball practices and he worked with us every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is the best, most caring and compassionate

This is the best, most caring and compassionate dealership in town. I don’t go anywhere else. My go to and most favorite people are Anthony Hill and Ingrid Irizarry. In addition of an incredible and beautiful Hyundai Kona, I bought an AMAZING Mini Cooper Countryman that has saved my daughter’s and mine life’s multiple times. 2 weeks ago we got caught in a winter storm and we came out unscathed thanks to how solid the mini drives.
