Tried to strike a deal via email on a car I would have bought same day. Got an email from a salesman. All he wanted to do was get me in the dealer. Spoke to an internet lead a few days later and same thing. Got a follow up email from the manager and no reply at all. As soon as I wanted to talk money they never responded. It’s 2026, people aren’t going to sit at a dealer for hours on end to find out the numbers don’t work. Work out a deal over email or text and then have them go into to sign the paperwork. I mentioned I was highly interested in the car and they were a longer drive for me and really wanted to see if we could come to an agreement before I got in there. Looks like I’ll be buying elsewhere.
