The service specialist, Dominick Baglione was very pleasant and courteous. The service options were explained to me and they provided me with shuttle service to my office while I waited for my vehicle. Also, they completed the service in the time that was promised.

Matt was very good. He broke down everything very well. He was very realistic and patient. Also the gentleman that handles the paper work is very good at explaining the little things. They both made the transition very pain free. Managers can be a little rude. Service department is terrible.

Great staff but
Sales person was very kind and professional. Service personals are somewhat less professional. Messages on the answering machine for the service dept hopefully to be changed.

Horrible service manager STEVE BRADT
Steve BRADT is a horrible service manager!! He is rude to women and refused to properly fix my leased 2015 Jeep Cherokee after they incorrectly repaired it then tried to charge me to replace the part they incorrectly repaired. Not only that the main issue is that on 3 different occasions the service manager was extremely unprofessional and rude!! I had to file a complaint to Chrysler on 3 different occasions! I will never purchase another vehicle from them again!!

Exceptional Service
From the time I placed my first call to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus until I drove off the lot in my new Ram 1500, I received outstanding customer service and the best deal. Overall, it was a great experience. Reagan handled my initial call which was promptly followed up by Manny from their finance team and then by Ali Firozvi, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and made everything so easy.
