One star is too much for this establishment. Alberto Gomez and management are among the most unprofessional individuals I’ve dealt with. Communication was inadequate, follow-ups were nonexistent, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability throughout the process. Expectations were not met, and the overall experience showed a clear disregard for professionalism and proper customer service.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but at this point I feel obligated to share my experience. I own a 2024 Ram 1500 Big Horn with the 12-inch screen, and I’ve been dealing with ongoing infotainment issues since late December/early January. The system freezes, glitches with Apple CarPlay, and randomly restarts. I brought my truck in for service, and the radio unit was replaced. However, since that replacement, the system has actually performed worse than before. The screen does not consistently power on with the vehicle, requiring me to manually turn it on, and the backup camera now glitches more than it ever did previously. At this point, this is no longer just an inconvenience it has become a safety concern. What’s most frustrating is the lack of follow-through and accountability from the service department. I have been in contact with both the service manager, Alex, and his supervisor, Steve, who are fully aware of my situation. Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to receive little to no updates, and I’ve been told I would receive callbacks that never happen. This has become a consistent pattern. We are now in April, and this issue has been ongoing for several months on a relatively new vehicle. There has been no clear communication regarding: - A proper diagnosis of the issue - Whether the replacement unit was correctly installed and programmed - A timeline for a full resolution At this point, it feels like the vehicle was not properly serviced after the radio replacement, and I have been left dealing with the consequences. I have also escalated this to Stellantis, but the lack of urgency and accountability at the dealership level continues to be a major issue. As a customer, I expect proper repairs, clear communication, and accountability especially when dealing with a vehicle under warranty. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to document everything and follow up closely if they choose to bring their vehicle here for service.

I purchased a brand-new 2019 Jeep Compass, and the nightmare began within the first week. The vehicle was immediately back in the shop due to a radio failure, which also caused the heat and air conditioning to stop working. The radio has since been replaced four times, and each replacement took over a month to arrive—one instance took nearly three months, leaving me without a properly functioning vehicle for an extended period. In addition to the radio issues, the radiator and related engine components have been replaced multiple times, along with numerous other engine problems. At this point, the vehicle is clearly faulty. What makes this situation far worse is the service department in Paramus. Their customer service is beyond unacceptable. Calls go unanswered, updates are rarely provided, and when staff claim something has been completed, it often turns out to be untrue. Even the extended warranty company has acknowledged that this dealership is problematic, citing poor communication and lack of follow-through. My car has now been with them for almost two weeks, with no clear timeline, no reliable updates, and no accountability. I am currently without a vehicle. I have since discovered many similar complaints from other customers, which confirms this is not an isolated incident. Jeep also has active recalls, adding to serious concerns about reliability and safety. This has been a deeply frustrating and exhausting experience. The vehicle itself has been a major disappointment, but the customer service has been absolutely disgraceful. I will never buy a car at this dealer again. Buyer beware. I strongly caution future customers before purchasing a Jeep or dealing with this service department. Unless you like to be challenged, annoyed.

We had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with Jeep Paramus. After being told we needed a new engine, the work was completed, but after only 268 miles the vehicle had major issues and was towed back. We were then given conflicting explanations, told the engine failed again, denied a loaner, and repeatedly refused paperwork related to our warranty claim. Communication was poor, phone calls went unanswered, and management was dismissive and unprofessional. We were even told different stories about why the engine failed and later discovered a restriction was placed on our VIN, preventing another Jeep dealership from helping us. An outside mechanic found poor workmanship. This situation has been exhausting and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service department.

Took my vehicle in for overheating problems. It was just a thermostat and fill radiator with antifreeze. Try to sell me a radiator water pump thermostat car still under warranty. Avoid this place if you wanna keep your sanity. The only way I would take my car in this place juck yard so they can wash my underwear.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I should’ve known better, but decided to give them another try. Terrible experience once again and my car is even worse than when I dropped it off. My car is overheating now and I’ll be looking for another dealership/shop to visit. Worst part of my experience are the lies they tell. Dropped off on 10/29 and was assigned Alberto Gomez as my service advisor. They diagnosed the same day and said they have to submit the repairs to Mopar for warranty authorization, and the authorization takes a few days to approve once submitted. On 10/31 I call for an update and they said it’s still pending. 11/3 around 10am, I call to see if there are any updates, and they tell me that Mopar still hasn't responded to their request. I call Mopar on 11/3 around 5pm to see what the hold up was and Mopar tells me they just received the request from the dealership around 11am on 11/3, and it would take a few days for the authorization to be approved, but they were estimating 11/6 for the approval... So from 10/29-11/3, nothing was ever submitted to Mopar... five days for the car just to sit because the advisor never bothered to submit a work authorization. Mind blowing! I call again for a follow up on 11/6 and was told that and was told the vehicle would be finished by 11/8. I called on 11/8 to check the status and it still wasn’t ready and said that it would be ready first thing on Monday morning 11/10. I called first thing on Monday morning and the advisor doesn’t answer. Finally after about 4 or 5 times calling over several hours, I receive a call from the advisor, saying the technician is wrapping up the repairs shortly and it will be ready for pickup. Pick up the vehicle Monday afternoon and check my dash camera footage and it showed that my car was indeed done on Saturday 11/8, not Monday. Since they never offer you a loaner car, I had extend my rental two extra days for no reason, just for my car to sit in their lot, completely untouched. Not to mention that the services cost me more than what was originally agreed upon. I questioned the charges and the advisor said everything was correct, and I actually received a discount... At that point, I was just so frustrated that I didn't even bother to go back and forth on it. This service department is the absolute worst!

I am Presently trying to buy a used car from them and o believe it’s a scam. They don’t call back they lowball my trade in by 3000.00 less than any other dealership. After reading these reviews they can take the car and stick it far up their you know what. I had a Chrysler before and hated this service dept so much I went up to the Englewood cliffs service dept where I was treated so wonderfully. I would never go back to Paramus again. I only went here because they had the exact car I wanted but I think it was just to bring people in. They had no intention of selling it. I had my preapproval. I was putting 10,000 cash down plus my trade in and the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to us. He lowballed my trade in. This is the most crooked dealership around. I wish I knew who owned it. I can’t give it enough bad reviews. How do they stay in business. They are crooks. Stay far far away. I would be scared to deal with them now if they gave me the car for free. Aren’t they scared of all the bad reviews they should be.

You guys have the worst reputation I have read anywhere. I hope you go out of business you are downright crooked. I wouldn’t buy a car from you if you were last dealership on earth. And you better believe my reviews will be on every social media outlet including the better business bureau. You lie steal and cheat. Your a bunch of crooks and you will go down. All your review are horrible. Who will ever trust you. After reading all these reviews. No wonder it was dead in there.
This car dealership deserves a zero not even a 1. Watch out for their scams. Especially since I have read the same thing that happened to us happened to other people. They sell you a used car with only one key so that you pay $500+ for a lost key warranty. They also say they can only sell a car with warranties and then add in warranties that you never approved. I have tried to rectify the situation and for the last month and a half they have still fixes their mistakes. They never credited us the $2k we put down on the car. Stay far away from them. Poor business people. I call and send emails and they don’t get back to you. Or they say we are going to help make you a happy customer which is xx. Do NoT purchase a car from this dealership.

This is the worst and most dishonest dealerships I've ever encountered. First they (Keani,) falsely told me that the sales manager said that all certified pre-owned have new tires. Instead they sold me tires that have completely worn out and dangerous tires (1/32 and 3 are 4/32). Second i came there with pre-approved loan from but they lowered my credit report by making inquiries to ally (their bank) . Third, I called to complain about my tires, the sales manager (Milton) did not return my call for 3.days. Then when he finally called, he's angry and basically said he could not do anything. He falsely claimed that he gave me a big discount for the tires, but instead he sold it to me at the web advertised price, which was lower than the listed dealership price. Fourth they have not given me my 2nd set of keys. They are LIARS, CHEATERS, DO NOT GO! THEY WILL MISLEAD, TRICK, CHEAT YOU!
