I just leased a Jeep Wrangler thanks to Jimmy Cavuto and Shah. They did a great job in making the deal happen. They followed up when they initially didn’t have the vehicle I was interested in and they found one for me!

Jeep Service Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Avoid this place. I went in for a brake service after making an appointment and confirming that I was going to wait for the car. The service took 9 hours and $1,400 for replacement of rear rotors, resurface of front rotors, front and back pads and miscellaneous charge for disposal and brake fluid. The service advisor had quoted $800 and then came back with $1,400 total cost. I should have read the reviews previous to taking my car to this dealer. Go to elsewhere....

Great Guy

I went to this dealership and Tim has been my sales person for over 6 years and he is the best he usually does all the paper work for my cars but the dealership sucks they stole Tim's commission and gave it to some random guy knowing that Tim is our sales person if you are buying a car I would not recommend the dealership but if it is a last resort definitely request Tim he is the best and the sweetest there.

Was Amazed how quick the entire process was finalized. In all my past experiences when shopping for a new car, never have I gone home the same day with a New Vehicle. Meagan and Carlos were so friendly and personable and enjoyed the entire experience of working with them. I’m Summer Ready. Can’t wait to take the top off.

Easiest car buying experience

We came to the dealership with hopes to lease a new Cherokee. Tim Sweeney made that possible. He was relentless and worked tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. Tim was the best!

RIP off

Took our 2018 jeep wrangler in for only an oil change, nothing more. Was charged $247 after our $55 service contract was deducted. Never again, this pricing is ridiculous and they did tire rotating etc that we specifically did not ask for. On the bill it has no charge for hazardous waste material then at the end of the bill is a misc charge for $68 when I asked what that was for Mike said oil disposal, wth. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE.

Service department experience

My car was in for a maintenance recall and the service department was very helpful and understanding of my situation I was very prompt in issued me a loaner car because I wasn't able to wait for the service to be completed job well done Paramus Jeep Chrysler Ram again job well done

Easy process!

Was able to work with Kotya online to get info and quotes on 2 vehicles I was interested in. Came in for test drive with Leo and bought the more expensive one. Leo was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and features. Got the deal we wanted and appreciated the ease and professionalism of the finance department. All in all a good experience.
