I would highly recommend this dealership. Shah the salesman that helped was one of the best most sincere sales people I have ever worked with. The finance department stayed late to accommodate my schedule. The sales manager worked with me to the end to close the deal. This was my first experience at Route four. I was treated as if I was a loyal customer. Warren gave me great advice and a great deal. Sabe was also very helpful explaining the working of my new Overland Grand Cherokee. I will definitely sing their praises and return when my lease ends.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service. Alberto Gomez was my service adviser. I told him what my complaints were and he responded with “your one tire needs an alignment for $189, do you want us to do it?” I said no thank you and I just want to take care of my current concerns. My #1 concern was my pain on the hood was bubbling and covered under warranty. I told Alberto and he said “It’s a super long process to get it approved but we will take a look at it”. He tells me it’s going to be $200 PER diagnostic claim that I told him. I drop off the jeep and a few hours later he calls me and says they could not find anything wrong with my jeep. I inquired about the paint bubbles and he stated, “oh we don’t do that here you will have to take it to another dealership”. I went and picked up my jeep. Alberto told me that my brakes needed to be changed (even tho they didn’t). They didn’t even look at my car because I reviewed the dashcam and they didn’t test drive it at all. I called corporate and filed a complaint against this dealership. I would not recommend it.
