What an amazing experience from start to finish. Kristina S. was extremely helpful, kind and made my first service appointment pleasant and stress free. The service was thorough and everything was explained clearly. I felt no pressure at this dealership. I also want to note how friendly the staff is especially Manuel C. and even the GM Perisa R. Who happily spoke with me and explained some of the showroom vehicles to me while I waited for my service. I 100% recommend for anyone looking to service their audi or lease/purchase one here. I do not recommend this dealership. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle and visited the showroom and dealt with Sales Associate, Milan. A few days later I brought my wife to see the vehicle and test drove it. We were quoted a price and said, "We will think about it". The next day I called Milan and increased my offer to buy the vehicle. He had to check with his Sales Mgr. and would call me back. He never contacted me, so I called and left a voicemail on his cell phone. I even called the dealership and asked them to give a message for Milan to call me. The following day I called and left a voicemail with Sales Mgr. Juan, and he also did not call me back. Find a dealership who values customers and is interested in doing business with you.
