Very straightforward and direct. Negotiations were simple with the employee pricing taking place at the time which was nice. Trade-In value with was well within reason as well. They also respected the fact that I came with knowledge and research and wasn’t coming in blind.

Our took my car to get checked for an order my car was having and she said they checked all my fluids in all and no one did anything to my car, but took it for a test drive

It took them two years to fix a noise. I reported a fault with the front camera, but they replaced the rear one instead leaving the original fault unresolved.
