Very clean and friendly staff.

Everyone is just so friendly and knowledgeable! I've worked with Mike to purchase a few vehicles and every time is as easy as before. Everyone from the top to the bottom sets the bar so high for the industry that I couldn't possibly feel comfortable elsewhere. Kudos to ownership for picking the perfect people for every position!

After leasing or buying 12 ford/Lincoln cars over the years this was the worst experience ever. They will not resolve my issue and will not return emails or messages through their website. When I first contacted them about a lease I was immediately contacted. It's funny how that works. Hopefully ford headquarters will step in. Oh and if you are leasing from here realize that the money they tell you that is due at signing does not include the first months payment which in my experience it always does.

Hello, we are sorry you feel this way. Your concern was immediately addressed via a phone call in which we connected and spoke to you.

The salesman called me after ford contacted your dealership and he basically called me a liar, he should have addressed the problem at the time but told me " this is what you signed for" and never even tried to resolve the issue. I've emailed the sales manager probably ten times and no response which doesn't surprise me.

The response was from the salesman who was part of the problem. It took three days of emails and finally Ford had to step in to finally get a manager to call me. The manager instead of asking me how we could resolve the issue was condescending and constantly talked over me telling me I was wrong and the salesman did everything right. I will not let this go, I'm going to have to contact Ford again because there is a lot more going on at this dealership than just giving me the wrong car, just read the reviews
