The service department experience was horrible.

The service department experience was horrible. The advisor attempted to diagnose the car before it was even inspected. I never received a single phone call regarding the issue—no explanation of the problem, no proposed fix, and no request for authorization before any work was performed. The customer receipt and warranty paperwork did not mention pulling a wire to fix the issue, yet work was performed without permission and initially not documented. I had to request that the service records be updated to accurately reflect what was done. After requesting that the invoice be updated, my email address was changed to an incorrect one. I was also treated as if I were being done a favor by not being charged for a battery charge, despite the issue being under warranty and the battery being less than seven months old. I requested the mechanic’s notes three times and was told they could not be provided. I also called the service manager multiple times, and none of my calls were returned. Had to go through the GM to get a call back service manager. The car has been run 2000 miles and issue still remains. Corporate has no bulletins on this “fix” with pulling a wire. Dealership Clearly is taking a guess and making up their own fix rather than replacing what the issue is. This is my 3rd qx80 bought from this dealer and before that it was the smaller suv. 4 cars bought and I have to take this one to a new dealer 40min away now to have serviced because Ramsey is unprofessional.

Perhaps you can provide me with a contact to converse with?? I’ve called your phone service and they say there is no specific GM in Ramsey, but there are 2 managers that float amongst all your dealerships. Of which we have left a message again this morning for them after being told they are both not on the premises. So here we go again.

We bought a Q60.

We bought a Q60. Ivan was great to work with. Driving the car home the rear view mirror quit working. We live far from dealership. We have tried to get it fixed and after at least 3 visits and broken promises we still do not have it fixed. Today we were promised a pickup and a loaner. Again no driver. About 2 weeks ago same situation except Ivan came and picked up car. Next day we were going to pickup the car and they did not have the correct part. Three times now they did not order the correct part or have the right part. Left message for GM no call back.

Service was was prompt complete and courteous.

Terrible experience with their finance manager Deokie

Terrible experience with their finance manager Deokie Vargas. She was rude and unprofessional. I reached out to to her about an inspection sticker that was not placed on my car after buying it new. She had a "not my problem" attitude. I reached out to general manager Kevin Gilbertson and he ignored me completely. Not even a call back. Would never buy from here again. Once you buy the car they don't care!

Inspection stickers are issued as part of the purchase process when the vehicle is sold. If the sticker was missing at the time, we would have happily assisted you if we had been made aware. However, since your purchase was made two years ago (2023), the length of time that has passed now requires you to have the vehicle inspected in order to have the sticker placed by the authorized inspection agency. As our team explained, we are unable to provide a sticker two years later. We would be happy to assist you with any questions you have regarding the inspection process or any other concerns you may have. Thank you for the explanation and I totally understand that. The concern I have is about the unprofessional nature and rudeness I experienced from Deokie. I also am shocked that a manager of a dealership would be so dismissive of this incident and not even call me back. That is not a company/business I would ever want to return to. I also would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
