He was able to help find a car and price point that met our budget while giving us first class service. The purchasing process went smoothly even though we were from out of state. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask to work with Hovig!

Predatory Fees & Aggressive Pressure Tactics – AVOID "As a local Franklin Lakes resident and long-time Lexus customer, my experience today at Prestige Lexus was deplorable. I visited specifically to finalize a lease buyout with funded financing already in hand from Chase. Despite my clear and repeated instructions that I was only there for a buyout, both the salesperson and the sales manager aggressively attempted to 'steer' me into a brand-new lease. It was insulting to have my explicit requests ignored in favor of their sales commissions. When they finally provided the buyout numbers, the greed was transparent: $999 Doc Fee: They are charging nearly $1,000 in 'processing' for what is essentially a 10-minute paperwork transaction. This is pure profit masked as an administrative necessity. $409 Government Fee: They misrepresented state fees by trying to force a new 4-year registration on me, ignoring the fact that I am eligible for a $4.50 NJ Plate Transfer. It is a shame that after years of loyalty, this dealership treats its neighbors like targets for fee-padding. I walked out and went to a competitor nearby who handled the plate transfer correctly and treated me with respect. If you value transparency and your time, stay away from Prestige Lexus of Ramsey."

Thank you for the response. To be clear, this was not a general service issue but a failure to execute a straightforward transaction. I arrived with financing in place and the confirmed payoff from Lexus Financial, prepared to complete a lease buyout the same day. Instead of processing that request, I was presented with a $999 doc fee, elevated DMV charges, and repeated attempts to redirect the interaction toward a new lease. For a returning customer, this approach reflects a focus on revenue over customer intent and does not meet reasonable expectations for transparency or professionalism. I have since completed the buyout elsewhere.
