Worst place to buy a car. Stay away they put you in CAL auto leasing and financing. Especially be aware of salesman Dino. He is a con artist and liar.

Very bad customer service. I had the worst experience in my life. They made me come three times just because they’re not doing their job correctly. Because of Honda dealer on 23 hours was about to lose my life. Careless mean with nasty advisors, such as Connor and Poppy who knows nothing about customer service.

My experience today 9/28/24 was amazing our Sales Consultant Beli Cecunjanin was so informative gave us options explained everything in detail and then some . I most definitely will be coming back for a second vehicle . He deserves more than 5 stars let's make it a 10.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

I got small (5 mm) dent on my H-RV 2016. I said that I will pay out of my pocket. The estimation for repair is $1,200 !!! This is absolutely unrealistic price!
