The purchase experience was great and smooth, but the warranty and backend service is completely lacking. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the whole process smooth. In the first 2 weeks I had a drive train sound bergin. They didn't seem to be worried about it and told me to keep driving it until my service schedule 3 weeks later. The symptoms got worse in 3 days and they took it in after I told them I'm not comfortable driving it in case it gets even worse. First was a wrong diagnosis, followed by not completely fixing the issue, but I was assured it was fixed, that trucks just sound different and make all sorts of noises. Well, my loaner truck didn't sound even remotely like this in the drive train. The first day having it back after over 3 weeks in the shop the exact noise was still there. I also brought up an issue with blind spot detection not working properly, but they said they didn't even look at it since there weren't any codes present it was malfunctioning. I explained my blind spot detection should not be on when there aren't cars next to me or come on from cars across lanes of traffic. The service manager just said they'll note it but sometimes they just do that. After another 2 weeks of dealing with the noise and waiting for a loaner, I never received a call to bring it back. I went in, talked to the sales person, and he managed to take notes on everything going on and get me an appointment. 10 days later they took my car back in. Another 3 weeks went by in the shop and I finally got a call it was fixed that they found the other issue with the differential. I asked about the blind spot detection and they said they couldn't troubleshoot it with codes and guidance from the computer. I asked about recalibrating the sensor or swapping it out to see if that solves it and they said they can't just randomly swap things out. I was advised to search Google and see if there was any other fixes on there that may work. I was also told I need to Google how blind spot detection works because I don't understand it. I explained I do understand how it works and that the right side works as it should but the left does not. They refused to look into it further. When I talked to the sales person, he did check DTCs and found there were some various codes stored for something else. The service manager told me they didn't find any codes. I did explain to the sales person I would definitely not be back for any more service or sales if this is the way their after sales staff treats and talks to people. Especially on a new used car that spent exactly half of the first 14 weeks in the shop without resolving, or even attempting to resolve, all the issues in covered under warranty for. The service department was also severely lacking when it came to keeping me informed of start was going on. I was the one who typically called, and there were times they said they would call back and didn't. This is not what I would expect a dealership to be like if they want to keep a new customer.

I knew what I wanted. I went for a test run. I made a decision. I was out in an hour. They delivered my car. The next day professionalism did not spend the whole day in a car dealership.
