WROST DEALERSHIP EVER I had the worst dealership experience ever I never got to see the vehicle bc I was told I didn’t have funds to purchase the vehicle mind u I came into the dealership in hopes to negotiate since I was paying in cash. I just kept hearing on how there was no point in looking at a car i couldn’t purchase. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this place take ur business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and don't take your vehicle to the service department. Their technicians don't know how to do anything but read the codes off the computer. With a vehicle that is less than 2 years old I was charged $200 because the technician is incompetent. I ended up resolving the issue myself with a cost of $0. I should have learned my lesson with my previous vehicle experiences with them. Twice, my lugnuts weren't tightened and were falling off while I was driving. Thankfully I knew the feeling of a loose wheel and caught it before it became a bigger issue. They also kept breaking my filter housing at every oil change and it was an addition $136 charge on top of the oil change. I will never take another vehicle to this Toyota dealer.

I have been warned that it's notoriously hard to get a fair deal with them. All the bad reviews are right. Their vehicles are overpriced for what they are. All Toyota dealers are overpricing their stuff but these guys are something special. After being inflexible on negotiation I praise God to inspire me to walk away without any remorse. I believe it was about a week later I found another at a different dealer with 5k less mileage and paid several thousands less (yes, they were that greedy). My best advice walk away and still look around. Don't give it a second thought and don't get ripped off by this place.

I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a 2022 Tesla Model S from Pauly Toyota, despite being an out-of-state buyer. The entire process, managed seamlessly through text and phone calls, was incredibly smooth, largely thanks to Ben Salomon. Ben was exceptionally responsive and handled every detail with impressive efficiency. His honesty and transparency throughout the purchase were greatly appreciated, making what could have been a complicated transaction feel effortless and trustworthy. I truly had a great experience working with him. I also want to extend my thanks to Tom Hirshberg from their internet sales team for his excellent support when I was in person at the dealership. For anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Pauly Toyota. Their team goes above and beyond to ensure a positive and hassle-free car-buying journey.

I came here last week to have routine maintenance done on my car, an oil change and tire rotation. After they were finished with my car the rep told me my car was ready. When I went to pay my bill I noticed my car was not in the service area as usual. I have been coming here for about three years and my car has always been right there with the keys in the car. Instead my car was parked outside in the parking lot. I even had to ask where my car was. The rep had the key with him. . I got in my car and noticed immediately the tire pressure light was on. This was very odd because the light was never on. There was a gas station right up the street and I put air in my tire. I drove home. The next morning my tire was completely flat. I had to get a tow. I went to the Firestone dealership I have a close relationship with. I am here frequently, because my daughter works nearby and frequently has my tires checked free by them. They examined my tire and told me there is a small puncture on the side of the tire. Firestone, unfortunately, could not repair the tire. I had to purchase a new one. It was a relatively newer tire. I had my tires checked by them less than a week ago and there were no issues. When I brought my car into Toyota I had never had a problem with my tires. I brought my car in with 4 good tires that had no issues. After the rotation my car had a puncture on the side of one tire. I know when the tech parked my car after my service he had to have seen the tire pressure light was on. The tire pressure indicator light was not on when I arrived there for my service. They somehow punctured my tire. They offered me no explanation why or how my tire ended up being punctured. They are very dishonest.

Poor communication, ethically challenged sales staff, underwhelming arrogance of salesman, etc. Make sure to make them give everything in writing, their words mean nothing. Left messages after purchased of issues, but no calling back. Continued high pressure sales pitch, with no after service. I purchased 2 card from them and was going to purchase another. But, no more business with Pauly Toyota. They are give car salesmen bad reputation run for the money.

I should have read the reviews before I interacted with this dealership. Communication on purchase of a 2006 Toyota Sienna, was poor at best with Paul LeRose. He is a very poor communicator. I was ready to leave from home to purchase this vehicle this morning after two weeks of interaction with him, thank God I did call, since we were 2 1/2 hours away. They sold the car as I called. He told me yesterday, he would call me back in 20 minutes, I waited all afternoon and he kept giving me the excuse that the used car manager was talking to some people from Toyota and he couldn't talk to him about my question. He is a terrible salesman to deal with. Now I wouldn't believe anything he said about anything! including the vehicle that I was sold on!!!!

We bought a used Sienna here in 2024. We got what we wanted; the representative did his best to find the best option for us. The price was reasonable; the car was well-prepared, cleaned, and checked. We recommend this dealership and likely will buy more cars here.

Recently bought a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid from Pauly and it was the easiest car buying process I've ever experienced. Bob Langenberg is like your friendly neighbor who goes out of his way to help you out. There was no pressure, no upselling, no "I have to check with the sales manager theatrics." The entire process was straight forward and I could not be happier with the purchase.

I have visited this dealership twice in the past two weeks to look into purchasing a car. The first time i walked around looking at cars and not a single person said hello. The sales floor was pretty empty but i am surprised the receptionist didn't even say hi. We wandered around for a 30 minutes looking at the showing models before leaving disappointed. I had an appointment the 2nd visit but was stood up. Oh well, Guess Fox Lake Toyota will be helping me buy my next car. Which is probably better anyway bc the sales guy said Pauly didn't have one of the cars i was interested in and Fox Lake say they do. Looks like pauly's stock isn't too of the line either.
