I was waiting for Bell Audi call back to let me know that

I was waiting for Bell Audi call back to let me know that the tires are in for a recall. They never called me, once I called back after few months, they told me that the recall is over and they can't help me, really poor customer service and not taking ownership of a mistake.

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t call back or fix problems with the car. They had my car for a month, which had been recalled for engine issues, and still can’t figure out the problem. They’re inattentive and you can’t get through. I’m gonna call the BBB to get anything accomplished. My car was a brand new Q5 2023 that I got in 2022 so to have these issues w no help is unheard of. They simply don’t care. You’re just a number. I don’t know who is more feckless, Ryan or Nick.
