Bought my Tahoe here.

Bought my Tahoe here. Service has always been great. But today brought it in to check a brake sensor warning light and clogged windshield washer nozzle. They told me it would be approximately $775 for sensor and $200 for washer nozzle to repair. Seemed high so I took it to my local auto service spot. They quoted me $66 for the sensor part and a few more dollars to install. CRAZY! And to boot, Schumacher Chevrolet charged me $222.85 diagnostic fee. I’m so disappointed in my service experience. Highly unlikely that I will return. Might call the dealership GM and share my experience.

Drew & Cesar worked with me on my purchase of a 2019

Drew & Cesar worked with me on my purchase of a 2019 Equinox. I knew I was buying that vehicle (absent some unpredicted significant issue), and let Drew know prior to my appointment. I have never ever, had such a smooth buying experience. Drew and Cesar worked diligently in the hours prior to my appointment to make it as easy as possible. I was literally in and out in approximately 20 mins, driving my new vehicle home. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. When I inspected the car, it looked perfect to me. There is the tiniest, microscopic chip in my windshield, which they already arranged for safelight to repair for me, at my home or office. You cannot get more convenient than that. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. My sister works at a car dealership, and she was blown away at how smooth the process of buying this vehicle was for me.

WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Do not buy a car from this dealership in Livingston unless you want to constantly be in for service. They are the most incompetent workers I have ever dealt with. From the first month I had my 2024 Chevy Traverse Z71, I have been in there for numerous issues. Partially due to the horrible design and manufacturing of the vehicle but also the workers try to fix 1 thing and break something else. They leave you waiting for service for 6 hours, all go to lunch and forget that they have a customer waiting for their vehicle. They all just blame the other one for not being told I was waiting for my car. The manager is always on a call or never in the office to speak with. Reached out to the owner Judith Schumacher-Tilton and I haven't heard back from her either which I am not surprised. This is the 2nd time I have reached out to her and no word back. I have never in my life had a dealership this horrible. Dave B was our sales person and he was at the dealership seeing these issues going on and not once did he stop to see what the issue was. Ghosted as soon as that sale was over! He was very quick to try to make the sale on a crappy car that I should have never bought due to all the issues it has. Electrical issues, brake issues, sensor issues, dealership damaged window panel trying to replace a defective window on the drivers side. I will make it my priority to make sure that everyone knows to stay away so they don't have to deal with the same issues I am going thru due to the horrible workers, management and vehicle.

This dealership was warm and welcoming from the moment we

This dealership was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away and were connected with a salesman to assist us with our car shopping. Dave B was our sales guy and he was amazing! Kind and friendly from the start. He didn?t at all try to push a sale, just showed us the cars we were interested in and gave us all the information we needed about the car to make our decision. Our finance guy, I believe his name is Mike was also amazing. Completing the paperwork was a breeze. He explained everything and made the process so easy. I?ve been leasing cars for years and I can honestly say this was the best car shopping and leasing experience I?ve ever had.

Dave is a wealth of knowledge, extremely polite,

Dave is a wealth of knowledge, extremely polite, considerate and no pressure. A lot of times at the dealership, it feels like a game of poker with the sales staff, but not with Dave. His knowledge, honesty, and transparency make working with him as stress free as possible. He also takes personal initiative during the process, which is very uncommon in car sales. I can’t recommend him enough.
