Always professional, explains what inspection shows in detail. Maintains vehicle in optimum condition. Suggests future operations necessary per manufacturers schedule. Service completed in shortest time possible. Excellent communication when vehicle dropped off. And when completed, car is washed , tires waxed, and vehicle left clean inside and out!

Alan was great I was able to get the car I wanted he went

Alan was great I was able to get the car I wanted he went out of his way To get as much done as possible so I did not need to stay at the dealership. I have been a customer for over 15 yrs. I now live over 26 miles from Paul miller Toyota but I still go there. Frank in Finance was just as good. It was a pleasant experience

Just pick up my second leased from Paul Miller Toyota

Just pick up my second leased from Paul Miller Toyota dealer. The sales team was amazing and helped me with a smooth and easy transition with the return of my previous leased and into my new leased. I have been leasing from different Toyota dealerships for the last 16 years. I will have the say that the Paul Miller Toyota has been the best service experience i have had in all these years. $155 for an oil change and tire rotation plus 1 1/2 wait

$155 for an oil change and tire rotation plus 1 1/2 wait time turned me off.i had an appointment but it still took that long. Beautiful facility and pleasant staff Three persons in drive in bay was over the top and while convenient, may be an unneeded expense for the dealership. Coffee and snacks in waiting area was nice. How about starting an Express Oil Chang where you are in and out in 20 minutes. My Chevy is do for an oil change but will go to Jiffy Lube instead of Paul Miller Chevy dealership in West Caldwell
