Samantha was great.
Samantha was great. She explained all features of the Corolla crossover XLE. She even set up the app on my phone including adding my iPhone to the car. She was quick. It would’ve taken me hours for what Samantha did in minutes. Samantha was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. My experience in purchasing a car was great. Great job Samantha.

Came for oil change and tire rotation.
Came for oil change and tire rotation. Fast and they include car wash. Not happy with Kevin that he would not honor Costco auto discount on the tire rotation cost. But the service manager finally gave discount. Just go to another service writer.

This review is strictly about the service dept.
This review is strictly about the service dept. which i found to be 100% against the consumer. The 1st item is as soon as you meet a service advisor, there a paper signs advising if you have a coupon for a discount, you must have the coupon with you. My service advisor was nice and he accepted the coupon from my phone. It was downhill from there. I requested and paid for an oil change and Multi Point inspection. In addition PM was to wash my car upon completion of the service. Since my appt was for after 5 PM, the car wash personnel leave at 5 PM and they did not advise I could come back another time. A few days after the oil change I noticed the oil was leaking. My vehicle was not leaking prior to being serviced. In addition my vehicle was close to 6 yrs old with the original battery. I then realized they never did the MP inspection since they never checked the battery. I went back to get the oil leak fixed and mentioned the old battery. Upon my return visit after mentioning the battery issue they did check the battery, advised it need to be changed, and wanted $300. i said no at the time but i called the service manger who advised he would get back to me. He did call me and advised there was an issue with the service and they would install the battery at their cost if I wanted to purchase a new battery and I should get back to him. After 5 to 10 calls he never called me back. New battery from Costco for $130 and never return to PM Toyota.
