I purchased a new BMW X4 from Bloomfield BMW in 2022. I went to the dealership alone and trusted that the process would be transparent and straightforward. In 2025, when I attempted to pay off my vehicle early, I discovered that an additional warranty totaling $5,890 had been added to my contract—despite the vehicle already coming with a manufacturer warranty. This was never clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. I contacted the dealership and spoke several times with the General Manager, Mr. Dado, but unfortunately no resolution or meaningful explanation was offered. I am sharing my experience to caution other consumers: please review all paperwork carefully before signing. I was very disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer support from this dealership.

There was a bit of back-and-forth at the beginning while we aligned on the work needed for my car, but once things got moving, the team truly stepped up and delivered an above-average service experience. A special shoutout to Ahron, my service advisor, who stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He was responsive, patient, and made sure every concern I had was addressed properly. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right rather than just getting it done quickly. The car was returned in excellent condition, all issues were resolved thoroughly, and the attention to detail really showed. On top of that, they went out of their way to provide a discount on the final bill, which was a very appreciated gesture and showed a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s easy to be critical when things don’t go perfectly at first, but what really matters is how a service center responds—and BMW of Bloomfield, especially Ahron, handled it professionally and thoughtfully. Thank you for taking care of the car and turning the experience into a very positive one.
