I recently bought a Bronco Sport with Barry.

I recently bought a Bronco Sport with Barry. He was very kind, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process. All in, I only spent around three hours total at the dealership. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but Barry in particular, to anyone interested in purchasing a Bronco or other Ford!

This is a buyer beware message and resembles the shady

This is a buyer beware message and resembles the shady practices of car dealers back in the 80's. Stamford Ford advertised a Ford Raptor as a CPO vehicle with a warranty . I reached out to purchase the truck and worked with Barry Pasqualini-Senior Sales Consultant on the purchase. I confirmed with Barry that there was a 1-year bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle, and also confirmed in writing the same. I offered to pay the full advertised price of $49k, signed a PO, paid a $2k deposit, and had my bank send them a check for the balance via fedex. Several days later I received an email (not even a call) from Barry saying that they are unable to provide the warranty they agreed to on the vehicle but if I was interested i could buy an extended warranty. You agreed to a price and terms, received payment, then tried to change the deal?? Again, this is an old tactic that shady dealers did back in the day, but really a large Ford dealer in Stamford CT? There are many thoughts in my mind but the two unfortunately that seem to fit in this scenario is that Barry found another buyer to pay more than the advertised price or they are just trying con me into buying a warranty. Or any other unresponsible action rather than simply selling a vehicle as advertised and being accountable for your commitments. This is disappointing because it speaks to the culture of the dealership if this is acceptable and you would think that a decision like this would of been reviewed by management which lends itself to being a culture issue which is unacceptable. I had to pay for a stop payment on a $55k check, lose $150 processing fee to my bank, and still have not received my $2k deposit back from the dealer so had to reach out and file a claim with my credit card company. I would hope in todays day in age and with the cost of vehicles that dealers would hold themselves to a higher standard but clearly if Stamford Ford is not. There are plenty of dealers out there, ones that are trustworthy, honest, and stand by what they offer. Do better Stamford Ford

This was my first experience purchasing a car from

This was my first experience purchasing a car from Stamford Ford. Michael Mykytey was the salesperson I dealt with after a recommendation from a friend who had purchased a vehicle from Michael previously. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, no pressure, no over-selling. From the first test drive to the final purchase Michael made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend anyone to go see Michael.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Stamford

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Stamford Ford, and I couldn't be happier. Many thanks to Barry, Andres, Nicolette & Dan for making the entire process, from test drive to financing to learning my way around the infotainment system, easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

At first everything seemed to be going well.

At first everything seemed to be going well. But then I went home and did some research and found the same car or better in terms of mileage and price by about $4,000 give or take. They asked me to send them screen shots of where I got my information from and I sent them about 5 to 6 different sources. I called the next day and it turned out " One of their sales people stayed late that night and bought it". Do your homework because they are not trustworthy in my opinion even if they really did sell the car the same night I gave them the information I had found. I wanted to buy American, but I guess not. extremely dissapointed by the whole experience.

Our car purchase process at Stamford Ford was hands down

Our car purchase process at Stamford Ford was hands down the best customer service we've ever experienced. From our first visit experience with Tom Zvon to Barry Pasqualini, who was our lead salesperson on the purchase of our new Bronco, we had a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience. We've leased/purchased numerous cars over the past 25 years and this was the most organized and customer-focused dealership we've come across. Every employee we interacted with had a smile and positive energy. Can't say enough good things!
