I was really impressed with the whole purchase experience

I was really impressed with the whole purchase experience at Stamford Ford. I worked with Barry and found him upfront and informative regarding the Maverick I stopped by to test drive. I don't remember the finance and tech guys names, but I do remember how nice they were. Great experience and I love my Maverick.

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received while my vehicle was being serviced. First, I was offered a loaner vehicle since my car would be in service for a while and I depended on having a loaner as I used this vehicle for work. However, I was told that none were available at the time and that I would need to wait a few days. I was instructed to call back in a few days to check on the availability of a loaner, but I received no response, and no one returned my calls. I didn't receive the diagnostic report for my vehicle until two weeks after dropping it off. During those two weeks, I had no updates regarding the loaner vehicle. When I finally managed to get in touch with someone at the service center, I was told they would speak to a manager and get back to me. However, they never did. I received a call saying my vehicle would be ready by December 4 or December 5. Again, I asked for a loaner vehicle and was never granted one. At this point, I was beyond frustrated and fed up, so I decided to stop pursuing a loaner and instead waited for my vehicle to be serviced. On December 4, I called for an update on my vehicle to see if it was ready, but nobody answered my calls, nor did anyone return them. On December 5, I called Marcos Salazar, who was very helpful and passed my concerns and frustrations directly to the owner of the dealership, Dominic. The owner called me, apologized for the inconvenience, and ensured that my vehicle would be ready by December 5, which it was. I was completely frustrated and disappointed by the service at Stamford Ford. I rely heavily on my vehicle for my business, which resulted in me being understaffed and unable to complete my work properly. The inability to even provide a loaner vehicle made completing my work even more difficult. I really hope Stamford Ford improves in the future, as it is completely unfair to treat a paying customer this way.

Outstanding service from start to finish at Stamford

Outstanding service from start to finish at Stamford Ford. The team found the best deal for me with absolutely no xx. Sergio went above and beyond to get me the most reasonable price on my Ford Explorer. Nicolette in finance made the paperwork incredibly easy with zero pressure to upsell. Dan took the time to go over everything I needed to know about my new car before I left the lot. This was my first time buying a Ford, and I can honestly say I’ll be a longtime customer. There’s a real sense of teamwork at Stamford Ford, and I’m proud to be part of that family now.

I recently bought a Bronco Sport with Barry.

I recently bought a Bronco Sport with Barry. He was very kind, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process. All in, I only spent around three hours total at the dealership. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but Barry in particular, to anyone interested in purchasing a Bronco or other Ford!

This is a buyer beware message and resembles the shady

This is a buyer beware message and resembles the shady practices of car dealers back in the 80's. Stamford Ford advertised a Ford Raptor as a CPO vehicle with a warranty . I reached out to purchase the truck and worked with Barry Pasqualini-Senior Sales Consultant on the purchase. I confirmed with Barry that there was a 1-year bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle, and also confirmed in writing the same. I offered to pay the full advertised price of $49k, signed a PO, paid a $2k deposit, and had my bank send them a check for the balance via fedex. Several days later I received an email (not even a call) from Barry saying that they are unable to provide the warranty they agreed to on the vehicle but if I was interested i could buy an extended warranty. You agreed to a price and terms, received payment, then tried to change the deal?? Again, this is an old tactic that shady dealers did back in the day, but really a large Ford dealer in Stamford CT? There are many thoughts in my mind but the two unfortunately that seem to fit in this scenario is that Barry found another buyer to pay more than the advertised price or they are just trying con me into buying a warranty. Or any other unresponsible action rather than simply selling a vehicle as advertised and being accountable for your commitments. This is disappointing because it speaks to the culture of the dealership if this is acceptable and you would think that a decision like this would of been reviewed by management which lends itself to being a culture issue which is unacceptable. I had to pay for a stop payment on a $55k check, lose $150 processing fee to my bank, and still have not received my $2k deposit back from the dealer so had to reach out and file a claim with my credit card company. I would hope in todays day in age and with the cost of vehicles that dealers would hold themselves to a higher standard but clearly if Stamford Ford is not. There are plenty of dealers out there, ones that are trustworthy, honest, and stand by what they offer. Do better Stamford Ford
