This was my first experience purchasing a car from Stamford Ford. Michael Mykytey was the salesperson I dealt with after a recommendation from a friend who had purchased a vehicle from Michael previously. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, no pressure, no over-selling. From the first test drive to the final purchase Michael made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend anyone to go see Michael.

At first everything seemed to be going well. But then I went home and did some research and found the same car or better in terms of mileage and price by about $4,000 give or take. They asked me to send them screen shots of where I got my information from and I sent them about 5 to 6 different sources. I called the next day and it turned out " One of their sales people stayed late that night and bought it". Do your homework because they are not trustworthy in my opinion even if they really did sell the car the same night I gave them the information I had found. I wanted to buy American, but I guess not. extremely dissapointed by the whole experience.

I had a great experience beginning from the front desk, to sales and from financing to the tech training. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and exceeded my expectations.
