My son purchased an Acura RDX w/Tech a year ago and worked with Sales Rep. Rick Ottavi throughout the entire process. Rick was extremely experienced regarding his knowledge of the vehicle as well as being very professional, honest and personable throughout the entire sales process. Rick also explained every element of the purchase and financing process as well as quoting an honest trade in value for my sons Acura TL. When the final numbers for the purchase were tallied, Rick went over every single detail that went into determining what the final price of the vehicle was to the penny. There were no hidden fees or "surprises" and he never tried to upsell us on anything extra, but did explain some optional Acura programs, warranties options should my son choose to utilize any of them in the future. The customer service from Rick Ottavi and Devon Acura was so good, I acquired a 2025 Acura w/Tech in December 2025 for my wife and dealt with Rick Ottavi again throughout the entire process. My wife and I received the same exceptional customer service that my son and I received a year before. Rick took care of every detail including contacting my insurance company to acquire the new insurance cards for the vehicle. It should be noted that I live in the center of the State of Connecticut and visited four (4) other Acura dealerships that are very close to my home. The other sales reps I dealt were not even close to providing me with answers to my questions regarding pricing or providing me answers as to why pricing and financing was different from dealership to dealership. I travel an hour to Devon Acura from my home in order to deal with Rick Ottavi and the staff there because of the exceptional customer service I receive. This will also include where I take my vehicle for service based upon the service my son has received for his RDX. If I purchase another vehicle in the future, it will be from Rick Ottavi at Devon Acura.

The sales manager Jeffrey and service rep. Dan, as well as the service manager which unfortunately i didnt get his name but Are really great people to deal with, they were very attentive to my issues and took care of them right away, I will stay a loyal customer of this dealershp thanks to them!!

Devan has the best customer service i have ever seen they did excellent job with my 2020 acura rdx i am impressed with the amazing work i would say this was the best dealership of acura

Over the many years I've had my 2008 Acura TL serviced have I found the staff to be pleasant, helpful, informative and thorough. I would highly recommend Devan Acura of Norwalk to anyone interested in buying, leasing or servicing an Acura.

I have been with Devan Acura over 20 years my service advisors are always very pleasant, and helpful when it comes to fixing my vehicles. They offer excellent customer support, and service.

Devan has been servicing my two MDXs for nearly 15 years. Excellent customer support, service, customer lounge - as well as timeliness. As an example - I had a service issue with my MDX today and Devan was able to get me an appointment and resolution within the same day!

Rick Ottavi was the salesman and did an excellent job providing all the information I requested. Overall, I would say this was a very pleasant buying experience.

I purchased a ’19 MDX A-Spec from Westchester of Acura in 2021. Fast forward, 18 months…. The day after Christmas the car lite up like a Christmas tree and stalled in the middle of the road! Took a few tries and finally it started but now gear won’t shift. Called Westchester and was advised I can go to any Acura dealer since the car is still under warranty ( I am from CT). So, I took it into Devon Acura in Norwalk, I don’t know if it was the worst mistake or an eye opener; 3 weeks later and $1600 out of pocket, because Devon of Acura advised me the car had previously been in an accident and had collision repair work done on the car which was not noted to Carfax the manufacturer warranty voids! 2 HUGE legit Acura Dealers on he says, she says… I then went to Westchester Acura and advise them of the issue as Devon of Acura did not repair the car as it stalled again on the highway not even 24 hours after I took it off the lot and was told I should have just had the car tolled to the original Dealer for repair or I can bring it back to them to diagnosis free of charge. The car sat in your lot for 3 weeks!!!! And I paid over $1k for labor and $400 for parts????... I called Acura warranty and was advise this is a idle recall on the car ! A friend who is also a mechanic advise this also sounds like Acura’s KNOWN issue with the electrical component failure.

At the end of the day, what dealership would you really recommend? I guess, like everything in life, one ought to be extra careful when dealing with auto dealers - with regards to Devan Acura in Norwalk, CT - I have lost complete confidence in their ability to service your car honestly, they are only concerned with making money (a la, the printer cartridge model). I got my car serviced recently, gypped is the word that comes to mind..... will be super extra careful next I go to a dealership - I was made to spend money on stuff that I really did not ne
