Overall, I had a good experience with Jay Jimenez at Toyota. He was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to answering questions about the vehicle. At times the sales approach felt a little pushy, which made the process feel more pressured than I would’ve preferred. That said, he was professional and worked to help get a deal done. I’d recommend a more relaxed approach with customers, but I appreciate the effort put into helping me.
