Excellent Customer Service

I could not have been more pleased with the help I had from our salesmen Sariq Buhkari and the finance manager. They gave us the best price by far and made the buying process easy and with no stress. I would highly recommend contacting these individuals when you are looking to buy a new Honda.

Best car buying experience ever!

This was without a doubt the best car buying expired car me or my wife had ever had. We recently purchased a new 2014 honda odyssey. Mary, our rep was amazing. we first came to the dealership on a weeknight at 830, I had my 2 boys(2&4) and my very pregnant wife. Instead of being bothered by this Mary went out of her way to help my wife and even entertained my obnoxious kids. We stayed in touch with her over the course of the week. She was able to secure the best financing when other honda dealer said we did not qualify, she got us the car we wanted, and also was able to get us a fair deal on the trade. The fact that we had a past credit issue was not held against us here. Very fair dealership, great salesperson who thoroughly explained every feature of the car, and a buying process that didn't leave us with that typical slimy car buying experience. I will be back and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a honda!!! BT

Superlative service!

Mary Rycerz and I met over the phone in early May, because I was hunting for an early model CRV, 5-speed manual. The car that was on her lot was what my Household Commander (wife) wanted for her second CRV. Our first one -1998 version, 5-speed, 345,000+ miles, is on its last legs. The one that I bought by talking with Mary is a -2003 version, 55,000 miler. When I got back to South Bend, IN -it was noted that the new CRV was missing 2 of the 3 backseat headrests. So, I called Mary. Her dealership had them. When they were prepping the car, they had been put into a quiet area for safe keeping. We arranged to have them picked up a few days later. Great sale service!

i recently bought 2 cars from Autonation Honda O'Hare 2014 CR-V and 2014 Civic "Sarig Bukhari" sold me those 2 cars great price and good deal Me and my wife love the car,my sales man was Sariq he is very helpful person he will make you a good deal no matter what look for this guy when go to this Dealership Autonation Honda O'Hare highly recommended.

Honda Autonation

We have purchased two Pilots from O'Hare Honda, and have been very pleased with every aspect of the process. They are upfront and honest throughout the process. This is the only car dealership where I felt I wasn't being screwed on the price through the neogations. I would highly recommend O'Hare Honda if you are looking to buy a Honda.

The good and the bad

Went in to test drive a 2014 civic. Cute car, but I was not a fan of the cvt transmission-so I went with a different make. Our sales guy Erik K was great! He was really paitent, very knowledgable and not a typical "car sales man." I would 100% reccomend working with him. However, I didn't care for the sales manager. He pushed us on a 2013 civic- which had none of the features I wanted. Made me feel rushed and hastled-I don't remember his name but he was a joker. Overall a good experience.

Very Good Guys and No hastle car Buying Experience

Bought my New Honda Odyssey yesterday. They offered me the best price in the area. Ask for Sales person Sariq Bukhari. He was great and very helpful. He helped us get a good price on my car. The Manager Andrew Tomlinson is polite and reasonable in the price negotiation.

Excellent Experience

I recently leased a Honda Civic from Ohare Honda and it was a very positive experience. I'm so pleased with this car. I would certainly suggest this dealer to anyone I knew looking for a car. The salesman who helped me is John Ruberry who was very helpful on the phone when I called ahead of time to make sure the deal I was interested in was still being offered from the Sales Event being held. John answered my questions and met with me a few days later at the dealer. He showed me the car, answered any and all questions and guided me through the process, and test drive. Everyone there was very nice. the lot itself is very large, and the facility is very nice as well, very comfortable with amenities for the customers.
