Absolutely herrandous and unprofessional approach to a genuine customer dissatisfaction issue. Insulting and rude choice of words when talking to a customer. Asking for a proof of a conversation from the customer that was carried out on their own phone line.

Absolutely blown away by our experience today. Saved $4k leasing a 2013 CRV with them vs competitor we actually really trusted. Did all the price discovery via email late Friday night, and they shockingly honored exactly what they said Saturday afternoon. Pricing was so competitive that we were ready for a big bait and switch upon arrival...which totally didn't happen! There is nothing we could complain about if we tried. Incredibly impressed. Great experience all around...and we love our new car!

The dealer was recommended to us as providing fair pricing and in general i would agree. More important to us was the follow up and persistence of Mary Rycerz. She followed up regularly with us but was never pushy. The best part was Mary never called with out providing us something valuable...a car they had in inventory that met the requirements we had provided her.

I went to look for a new CRV today. While looking at some new crvs in the backlot,Ted Wala (salesman) stopped by to talk to me. After some questions on 2012/2013 crvs, I asked him if his manager would honour a invoice price for new cars. I was expecting an answer of either yes or no, instead Ted swiftly responded that i have to buy a ford if i want an invoice price. So i asked him by that he means I should go somewhere else and he didnt answer. I got mad at him and sat in my car to drive off and then he had guts to ask me if i want to test drive the new crv. I will never return to this dealer again.

Love my Hyundai and the folks at O'hare Auto Group
Recently had 3000 mile oil change and service to my leased 2010 Sonata. Chris at Hyundai service always greets me by name and takes awesome care of me. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. Even walking through the showroom looking at the new cars while I waited Steve, the GM, stopped to say hello and made sure I was being taken care of. I love this dealership, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car purchase or service. My lease is up in the spring and I will be leasing my next Hyundai from Ohare Auto Group. Thanks guys for making it easy! Keep up the great work!

Excellent Customer Service!
I absolutely love this place! I purchased my Honda from O'Hare Honda 3 yrs ago; I have never experienced any issues with my car but have always gone back to this dealership for routine maintenance and oil changes. There are a multitude of serice stations that I can choose to go to, but the excellent customer service always draws me back to O'Hare Honda. It may seem silly to choose a dealership to perform a routine oil change; however, with every oil change, free roadside assistance is provided as well as a free car wash! Not something I was ever even offered from the local "quick lube". When I arrive to the service area, I am greeted by Juan who is always genuinely smiling and such a charming man to talk to. While waiting for my car to be serviced, there is a nice and clean waiting area with free Starbucks coffee or tea, should you choose, along with leather seating. The General Manager, Steven Foresta, has always been most helpful and has always made me feel confident that no item has been overlooked or surpassed. Typically a day or two after my service, the service manager will personally call to ask if my service expectations were met. All in all, I would most definitely would recommend this dealership to all my friends (and I have)! O'Hare Honda is very clean and friendly, they most certainly take pride in the great customer service that they provide.

I walked in not really ready to buy a car but eveyone...
I walked in not really ready to buy a car but eveyone went out of their way to make a deal that I could work with and I was overwhelmed with the friendliness and helpfullness of everyone. Stan Soczynski and Brian Parrish were phonemenal in their helpfullness and willingness to get a deal for me that I could handle financially. I could not be happier with them and am recommending them to everyone I know.
