Began search on line. Zoey confirmed auto availability also assisted with getting value on trade. Once arriving at dealership by our appointment the team was ready to help. Christian was our sales contact. He reviewed all details to our car purchase and trade. Caitlin the sales manager assisted from behind the scenes and also with question in between purchase. Christian was very polite and never pushed just explained what they had to offer to help us make our purchase of the Honda Ridgeline not leaving out any details. The trade value we received was fair. We traveled a couple of hours to make the purchase and so far are happy we did! The dealership manager introduced himself just before leaving with the Ridgeline excited for our purchase. Not to leave out Maria I believe that’s who was her name who finalized all documents before leaving she was organized and proficient. Thank you Liberty Honda.

2 times a charm for us. The personnel hit home for me and my wife. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - when you walk in, go right over to Tim's desk. I first interacted with Tim when he reached out about renewing my 2023 lease (which was also a GREAT experience). I had gotten a call from Tim to renew this lease, and I had gotten a deal through a friend who lived far away so I respectfully declined. He was not pushy or forceful, he was very nice to talk to. Then, we wanted to get my wife into a new car, and we ended up at a different dealership because they had a car on the lot, but because of my amazing experience in 2023 with Liberty, and because of how welcoming Tim was when he initially inquired with me about my 2023 lease renewal, I insisted on going with Liberty, and we ended up working with Tim and Caitlin. They were very kind, and amazing to work with. They were quick, and got me a significantly better deal than the other dealership. Tim and Caitlin were very kind, respectful, knowledgable, and welcoming. They worked very hard to ensure we ended up with the vehicle we wanted, which was hard to find! Upon receipt of the vehicle, there were a couple MINOR things (trailer hitch wasn't installed yet due to parts, a very small mark on the paint), and Tim took care of it right away. He set me up to get it in for service the NEXT DAY, and got us a loaner car too! We hit home again with the finance department. The first time in 2023, Marissa had taken care of us, and she was absolutely amazing. When I found out we would be with Rocky, I had the bar set pretty high already, but Rocky was unbelievable kind, knowledgable, and respectful. He again was not pushy, answered all of my dumb questions without making me feel dumb, and was very quick. What really hits home with me is how respectful everyone at Liberty is. They shake your hand every time you see them, smile, and want to help. Sometimes I could be a challenging customer because I ask so many questions, and they did not make me feel inferior because of this. You can be sure that I will be coming right back to Liberty Honda as my first stop when I need a car again!

Kyle was friendly and had a great personality. He clearly explained the process and walked me through each step needed to get into a vehicle. I was initially unsure about which car I wanted, but he helped narrow down my options. In the end, I was able to purchase a vehicle that fits both my needs and my family’s lifestyle, with low miles.
