Took my car in for service. My overall experience with the dealer was a good experience. Friendly staff. They kept my car for a few days and I appreciated getting daily updates. Also I went in March of 2026 they had zero percent financing.

I am satisfied with the service here at Berman. When you arrive the personnel was there to greet you and ready to assist of whatever problems in your vehicle. Mr. Javier Anaya was the one who entertain me of the service that I need and I am very satisfied with the kind of service tha he did. Two thumbs up for him. Then the waiting area was very pleasant to. They serve coffee for free and a wifi to which is really great. I love it when I am there. Thank you Nissan Berman.

Arnela was wonderful! It was my first time buying a car and she made my experience so easy and pleasant. Arnela was extremely thorough in making sure I understood the process and all that I would need to make it go smoothly. She was also fun and engaging and hilarious! I enjoyed working with her so much and am so appreciative for her help in making this such an easy and enjoyable experience!
