Unreasonably slow service every time
With an appointment, my oil change took 2 and a half hours, entertaining a toddler in the waiting room... It has been the same story every time I've had service done here and I will never be back.

I made an online appointment for my new truck with less...
I made an online appointment for my new truck with less than 2000 miles I bought from this dealership that had turned on its check engine light. I made the appointment over a week out and received many confirmation emails and reminders confirming the date and time of my appointment. I show up the day of the appointment and the representative had me wait at the front desk on my feet for 30 minutes. When he returned, he told me that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. When I showed him the confirmation emails, he told me that scheduling an appointment online doesn’t actually schedule an appointment for me, and that I need to call in order to schedule an appointment. Why would they have an option to schedule online if it isn’t a valid option? They eventually scheduled me for a new appointment another 8 days out, refusing to service me that day. At no point in the online scheduling process or the emails did it mention that my appointment would only be confirmed over the phone. Furthermore, their customer service was very questionable, as the representative and later the manager were very rude.
