Raul met us at the door with a handshake and a smile. We were able to quickly narrow down available inventory choices based on my wish list and we were off on our test drive in no time. Raul requested that I do him a favor and switch seats so that I personally test drove the truck, as well as my husband. Although my husband handled much of the negotiating, Raul respected that I would be the primary driver and not only involved me in the test drive, but made sure I was the 'owner' of the entire transaction. Raul then worked diligently with Dave to put together a sweet deal and offered us great money on our trade. All the little details were covered to assure we would be completely satisfied. I am 63 and have purchased many new vehicles for both personal and business. The experience was unbelievable great! Bob was so friendly, professional and we felt no pressure to purchase a new car. When we got home, we hunted on-line, made several inquiries to see if we could get additional prices from other Ford dealers to compare to the offer made by Bob. It only took about an hour when I picked up the phone, called Bob and bought the Fusion. When we picked the car up, we were very impressed by everyone that assisted us by the sales team. We took a tour of the facility and met the service manager and some of his staff. We got a GREAT deal, I strongly recommend if you are looking for a new car, see Bob. You will be a very happy person! I was about to turn in my leased Fusion. I was thinking about whether to lease again or buy outright. Bob was extremely helpful in outlining the options of each scenario. I test drove the Fusion and the Escape and after much thought decided to buy the Escape. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. Paperwork went smoothly and within in one day I was driving my new car. Bob was most generous with his time in explaining all the features in this car. Thanks to all at the dealership.

This was my first car buying experience and it was wonderful. I came here because of the reviews and because they had just what I was looking for. All of the staff were helpful and friendly but Geoff Bates was the best. I was very nervous going in to buy a car but was quickly relaxed by the great environment. The 2014 Ford fiesta I bought was perfect and the price was fair. I didn't have to do any talking down or price negotiating. Glad I got the car because winter is coming.
