Ford of Londonderry is great. The staff is knowledgeable, and efficient. The customer lounge is well appointed. I drive from Nashua to go there because I have had such poor service from Best ford in Nashua.

Ford of Londonderry Service Department providing overall great service as usual. They are my go to for routine maintenance and for any other concerns. I love my 2021 F150 and like all autos, keeping up with routine maintenance will keep them running strong. The team does the job efficiently and within very reasonable time. They took the vehicle on time and as someone who waits for the job to complete, it is convenient to have a team working with very little delay. Thank you to the crew and the reception staff for being a great team.

One of the best dealer sales interactions I've ever had. I scheduled an appointment online for a test drive and the sales associate was there and available for me to interact with on time. She had good knowledge of the vehicle and answered many of my EV and car questions. The test drive was good and thorough and we were able to explore the features. After the test drive they provided some pricing and I went on my way. I had a lot of follow up questions and they were able to get those answered as well. I proposed some revised sales numbers and Ford of Londonderry was able to make it work. I went in to finish the deal and it was a quick and easy process. No pushing of addons or games with sales numbers or any other shenanigans. They walked me through some of the detailed features, helped me set up my phone and vehicle. A VERY GOOD experience and I am very happy with the interactions and the deal provided for my new Ford! Good work on all fronts.

I’ve been making my Ford car purchases at Londonderry Ford since 2008. I always shop around first to ensure I know what my trade is valued at then I stop in at Londonderry Ford. They have always offered me a great trade in value towards my purchase. Usually has a great inventory, if they don’t have the car you want they’ll find it or order it for you. Sales staff are long term employees which tells me the Dealership takes care of their employees. I had the same salesman, Bob Morissette since I started shopping there. After the sale, he offers great follow up and helps with scheduling service or issues that might come up. I’ve worked with several of the Managers and Finance people over the years and they all are great to work with. They listen to what you want and will follow things through until you’re satisfied.
