Repairs were done professionally.

Repairs were done professionally. Process was simple and they provided a vehicle for my use while my Tundra was repaired. I?ll schedule all service appts there.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Zero complaints, much praise. The car salesperson I was assigned to had impressive communication and relational skills and within a short time I was trusting him ? Anthony Taveras. We communicated by text and by phone the week I was waiting for the title to come in and everything to be ready and he was always on top of it all.

I didnt have a good experience cause they try to charge

I didnt have a good experience cause they try to charge me a ridiculous amount to fixed the wipers on my car. Plus they try to tell me that my car need it to get some others things done when I know for sure my car didn't needed.

I was sent a text back at the end of 2024 to schedule the

I was sent a text back at the end of 2024 to schedule the 5k service on my vehicle. I responded at that time I was not near the mileage and would schedule on the future. I made an appointment for 940 am and first was visited by the tire guy. I asked him if my service would include rotation and he said that's a question for the advisor? So no tores to sell no answer? My vehicle as ready at 1145! Not sure why it took so long. No explanation from the advisor. Was my vehicle in intensive care? This also happened to a relative. If you have folks make appointments then the process takes two hours why make appointments? Hello Atlantic Toyota, Woburn Toyota Lexington Toyota. I am guessing they might appreciate my business!

I had a great experience at Ira Toyota Danvers. The repairs were quality and speedy, and the overall experience was great. I especially appreciated the fantastic customer service. Angel was extremely nice, and Rick was amazing too! Rick was particularly helpful throughout the pickup process and he made nice conversation. 10/10 would recommend.

I HATE buying cars and was ready to give up after local

I HATE buying cars and was ready to give up after local dealerships were not be very helpful and would not budge from full SRP and initial low Trade in quotes. As a Last resort, I tried an ONLINE quote with Ira Toyota Danvers ( 60+ miles away). I was shocked by Jennifer and Dio's help/response. They almost Immediately found a nearby just built new Tacoma vehicle I wanted, in MY color. And with Pics I sent I had sent them I had a full trade in and in the price range I requested... Perfect. All done at my keyboard and 1 trip to Ira Danvers to swap vehicles and pass papers. The worst thing ?? I was very worried SOMETHING was going to go wrong as it was TOO Easy. IT was EASY !! 99% done online/Phone and one trip to Ira !!! When I buy again - I'll be back !!! Thanks Jennifer and Dio !!!
