The brake problem may still exist. Not counting the time I drove away from the parking space at Toyota, I stopped and started the Tacoma three more times. Once for gas. Once to pay for a car wash and once when leaving the wash bay. The rear passenger wheel locked up again. This was the original problem. I stopped and drove away three times afterwards without any further issues. The overall performance of the brakes AND the emergency brake are better now then when I purchased the Tacoma. However the power it took to break free in the wash bay might have done other damage?? I plan on calling Toyota service on Monday and have them advise me on what to do. I would like the mechanic to at least do a visual inspection to make sure there is or is not any damage.

Long wait time, never call my name back when the car was ready, I was waiting for about 3, 5 hours. Poor customer service, needs to improve communication with customers

This is the second time I?ve waited over 5 hours for an oil change. I received a message that a few more things should be done to my 2022 4Runner. I figured since it was there why not. I watched the app on my phone. I get alerts when door/hood/windows basically I know when it?s being serviced?. 7:20 was my appointment?.. I sat there waiting until 10 while nothing was done on my car. I had to let my service rep know I can tell nothing was being done?. Fast forward?.12:30 pm 900 dollars later I leave Ira Toyota. I?m not sure I?ll be back for service on my vehicle at this point. I purchased the car there, but this is just infuriating. If you don?t have enough consideration for my time why should I consider giving you my hard earned money.?

It was a great experience. The salesman, Gary, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would buy from him anytime. The process was very smooth, and I was in and out in only a couple of hours.

Brought in my 23 Prius that was viciously attacked by a box truck on the rear passenger door. Autobody shop with Bob as the estimator fixed it beautifully. It took a few weeks but was worth it. Good communication throughout the process. Car looks brand new.
