This people have horrible sales reps,they were seating around outside on their phones and not one offered to help.Went inside only to get ignored by more people and ended up leaving and buying a car at another dealership.

There is nothing quick about the quick lube services. Waited 2 hours just to receive an answer that it will take 40 extra minutes. Set that expectation from the get go. I had yo ask for it then she tell me it will be 40 extra minutes? Either train your people about customer service or start taking appointments. Very disappointing after spending 40k on a new car.

Just bought our second auto at MMT, one used, one new. Easy, straight forward, could not beat the price. Willing to work with you. Jonathan is great to work with.

My personal experience with Milton Martin Toyota is very good! The entire staff is wonderful and very friendly. Our salesman, Luis Garcia was very helpful with the vehicle that we wanted. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful with me and all the questions I had. He never showed any irritation to any of my questions. Thank you so much Mr Garcia! And thank you Milton Martin Toyota for having caring people on your team!

We have always been treated with respect and service done as requested in a timely manner. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is organized and clean.

I have purchased 4 new Camrys in the past 4 years from Milton Martin Toyota through Greg Lee, our salesman. I couldn't have asked for an easier, more pleasant experience each time. Their customer satisfaction is top notch!! They give FAIR deals with honesty and integrity. All of our service is done there. I have been with Milton Martin for many years and have never experienced any problems. I also took a friend there who bought a new Camry. I would and have recommended this dealership over and over. My hat is off to Greg Lee and the staff !!

Very satisfied with overall experience. They made it quick and easy and most of all were straight forward. Trey , my sales rep was very helpful throughout the entire experience. He helped my daughter, who I purchased the Corolla cross for, set up all the electronics and link everything up when the car finally arrived. The Finance department shopped several banks to get me the best rate possible which helped off set the cost of the extended warranty! Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

I have been doing business with the Martin family for over 35 years and ever time I leave their dealership I feel I have made another friend and also knowing their maintenance/repair shop and parts department will always go the extra mile to make sure you have received exactly what you want . I recommend if you ever find a dealership like Milton Martin and the honesty no pressure folks don’t leave them. Thanks Martin family for always being there for me and my family.

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander and my overall experience was five⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Furthermore, the other local Toyota dealers were asking $5k-$6k more for the exact same model and trim. Do shop around, but I'm confident that Milton Martin Toyota will go above and beyond!

Just returned from Milton Martin Toyota after having an air conditioning issue with my wife’s 1998 Toyota (she will not part with this car) repaired. The issue was resolved promptly at a reasonable price with no attempt to sell additional work. We recently moved to Gainesville from the Chicago area and Milton Martin was selected based on an internet search. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend this dealership without reservation. One last observation, the physical facility is outstanding. There is a comfortable area away from the television where a person can read without one’s ears being assaulted by the daytime drivel on TV. I have spent a fair amount of time in Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus and Genesis dealerships and this is by far the best physical facility I have encountered.
