I was going to purchase a car from this dealer this week, but thanks to the reviews I will not be doing business with these guys. I was very upset reading the reviews. I would have sued them if my car broke down within 24hrs and they didn't want to help me after I spent my hard earned money with them there's a lemon law and by law they are responsible for their vehicles until the warranty is over. I bought a car from driver’s village back in 2012 after I purchased a car which they would not sell me a warranty package on things started to go wrong. I had a transmission pan rust out on me. Never had that happen to me before ever in my life so I didn’t go back to drivers village for a long time and decided a year ago that I was gonna go back there and buy a car I bought a 2020 Lincoln Nautilis because I wanted to make sure that the car was going to be mechanically sound so I bought every package I could possibly buy for that car it was warranty bumper-to-bumper. I spent about $45,000. Well I hit a deer I figured I would bring my car to back to drivers village because they have a Lincoln dealer there and there’s not another Lincoln dealer in the area for quite a ways. The girls there have no personality whatsoever. They have no idea how to talk on the phone and they do not say goodbye they just slammed the phone in your face. The girl did it to me three times. She slammed the phone in my ear and then I got xxxxxx. I was not in the mood to argue with anybody that day, but I did. I asked for her supervisor and he did nothing but belittle me on the phone so I asked for his supervisor so now mind you every time I went back to drivers village. I had to have an escort with me just so I wouldn’t have problems with their employee. How right is that so I had to text the manager so he knew that I was coming he could meet me at the collision center, so I could do whatever I needed to do as far as paperwork or cleaning out my car I had to go back twice. I had the first time I brought the car down the second time I cleaned the car out and they stood there the whole time. He stood there the whole time watching me clean the car out I don’t know what they were expecting me to do and half the parts of the car we’re gone, so the car was totaled out but the parts that they were purchasing to fix the car we’re gone. The old parts were gone and I know xxxx well there were parts on that car that were nothing was wrong with them. They did not need to buy new parts, but they proved somehow to the insurance company that the car needed them and they ended up totaling out my car did nothing for me as far as a rental car cause I did not have rental insurance on my car did nothing for me as far as the manager belittling me. I called back to find out what I can do about my Allstate bumper-to-bumper insurance because they will refund money to you and this is screwy, but you pay for it, but you can’t call to cancel it. The dealership has to, so I called to find out who I needed to speak to and again the manager in the collision center belittled me he told me that I can look it up just the same as he could, and I would be seeing the same screen on my computer as he seeing on his and he didn’t understand why I called to get a phone number from him when I could’ve looked it up myself, and this is what he told me on the phone. If you speak to your customers that way you don’t deserve to have any for what I went through with my car you don’t deserve to have any customers I will never ever ever buy another car from drivers village nor will I ever go there for Service or anything will not recommend them as a matter of fact, I did recommend them to people, but now I’m gonna make sure that I do not and I will definitely let them know what they’re doing to everyone. This is the worst place ever and people are nasty.

6 thousand dollars for extended warrantyN, and they want to charge me for Diagnostics when they clearly know what is wrong with it. I'm sick and tired of Thieves. I will never Buy anything from that Crooked dealership again.

Dishonest and unreliable!!! I contacted them to buy a Corvette. We agreed on a price, and I waited 10 days because the car had just arrived and needed to be inspected and prepared for sale. Once it was ready, they sold it to someone else at a higher price. Don't buy a car from these nasty people.

Stoped but to have it checked maintenance guy was willing to test drive until some guy named Farris told them no I need to make an appointment… xxxx did I need an appointment to buy this 3 days ago? Do better dude! Maybe I take it to another dealer then submitt the issues to NyS for you passing the inspection! I will not buy another vehicle from u!
