I just purchased my 6th Honda--and my 3rd from Muller

I just purchased my 6th Honda--and my 3rd from Muller Honda--and once again, the experience was absolutely exceptional. At this point, I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Andrew Tomlinson, the General Sales Manager, continues to set the gold standard for customer service. This is now the third time I've worked with Andrew, and every single experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing 6 Hondas total and working with dealerships in different places over the years, I can confidently say that Muller Honda continues to be in a league of its own. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan made an incredible team, and the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care they provide is exactly why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time, works hard to get you a great deal, treats you honestly, and actually makes buying a car enjoyable, Muller Honda is the place to go. I recommend Jerson Ocampo and Muller Honda!

I'd give them no stars if I could.

I'd give them no stars if I could. For possible new customers responding to internet listings--beware of "who" you talk to. They do not disclose that their "Digital Sales Assistant" is AI. Julie T. is NOT a real person. I had no idea until I started getting texts from the AI asking for "Erik" with the same line of conversation that I received when I contacted the dealership about availability of a car. The AI texts back to me were very convincing. "She" responded in personal ways to what I was texting like you'd expect of a human being. I had no reason to believe that I was NOT texting with a real person. Concerned the cars we were interested in would be sold before we could see them, I contacted the Used Car Manager and left a message. He didn't return my call. I called the dealership AGAIN the next day. After expressing my frustration with the REAL person answering my call, she put me through to Rob Meirs, the Used Car Manager. I explained my frustration and the lack of genuineness in his responses to me was clear. He could careless whether we got our hands on either vehicle we were interested in. Even though they were BOTH listed for sale on CarFax, I was told both had to go through "servicing" and "detailing". The mileage on both vehicles was quite low for their age. It quickly became clear by his "non-answers" and lack of knowledge of when they would be available to test drive, that he was either incompetent in his job or was holding these for a friend or friend of a friend who wanted "dibs" on them. I am well aware of the competition for used cars and the shortage of vehicles on dealership lots. However, when the used car dealer--who you've told you were interested in buying TWO cars-- can't tell you when you're going to be able to look and test drive them and could careless about selling them to you because they know they'll sell it quickly to the next guy...I'll take my business elsewhere. And so we did. We will never buy from Muller Honda. For those of you who've had a good experience, lucky you. That's not true for everyone.

First, regarding communication: like many dealerships today, we utilize digital tools to assist with initial inquiries and ensure customers receive quick responses, especially outside of peak staffing hours. These tools are designed to support—not replace—our team, and we understand that this may not have been clearly communicated in your experience. That feedback is noted. Regarding vehicle availability, our process is consistent and non-negotiable for every customer. Vehicles listed online may still be going through safety inspection, mechanical reconditioning, and detailing before they are made available for viewing or test drives. This is done to ensure that every vehicle meets our standards before being presented. We do not place holds or allow pre-purchase access to vehicles that have not completed this process. Because of current market conditions, vehicles that complete reconditioning can sell quickly—sometimes the same day they become available. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to keep the process fair for all customers, whether local or out-of-state. We understand that this situation was frustrating, especially when you were interested in multiple vehicles. However, our policies are designed to maintain consistency, safety, and fairness across every transaction, and we do not make exceptions based on individual requests.
