I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla iM. Lou was my guide throughout my buying experience and was always pleasant, helpful and patient with my many questions. I recently purchased a 2012 4Runner Limited from Younger Toyota. Richard went above and beyond my expectations to get me in the vehicle I deserved, at a price I could afford. His laid back yet professional demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. We test drove 2 cars that day. I never felt rushed or like he had better things to do. I felt like the only customer there even though it was fairly busy that day. I will definately return next time I'm in the market for another vehicle and I would recommend asking for him by name if you're in the market for a new ride.

We live in Dothan Al and located a Volvo XC 40 w all features we wanted. However, it was at a Volvo dealership in Hagerstown ,Maryland. I contacted Sales Mgr Heather Henkel and she had the vehicle sitting in my driveway in less than a week. She went above and beyond to take care of all the details and kept me updated constantly. We have never dealt w a dealership and purchased a vehicle by phone and email before this purchase. I cannot say enough kind words about Heather and this dealership. Once the SUV was delivered they did FaceTime and went over all features. The staff is very professional and even though this dealership is hundreds of miles from us we will purchase our next Volvo from Younger in Hagerstown Maryland.

This is the 3rd Camry I have purchased from Younger. Last week I purchased a 2018 Camry and Richard was an EXCELLENT in helping me find just the right Camry, with the options that I like. He was actually recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine. I am so glad he was recommended. When I make a large purchase I am very particular with some of the smaller things that normally do not matter to others. Richard was very patient and helped in every way he could. He was very sensitive during the closing deal. My husband suffers with Parkinson's and due to me trading in my 2010 Camry which had my husbands name on the title, he offered to drive to our home to have my husband sign the proper documents needed to make the trade. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness but told him that my husband was able to come down to the dealership. Richard made sure the papers were ready for him so he could sign and not have to spend a lot of time waiting. Thank you Richard for a great experience.

My salesman, Chris Wells, was very professional and helped me find a car that fit my needs, and he worked with me to get a price that fit within my budget. He was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. I originally had my heart set on a Yaris, but he helped me leave with a Corolla, and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to work with Chris if they need to purchase a car.

I was tired of dealing with an old worn used machine and, when I visited Younger Toyota, the sales staff leaped into action. Mr. Phil Young with his calm and pleasant manners listened to our likes and dislikes. He walked us through the inventory showing my wife and I all they had to offer and before long we were purchasing a 2018 Tacoma. We really appreciated his efforts to guide us through all the new features and safety devices. He was never in a hurry or satisfied until we were comfortable with the new technology. Thank You Phil.

Great sales staff they don't hound you when you come onto lot and can answer every question if they don't know they go find out the answer I'd recommend everyone at least look here when they are thinking of buying new or used

I was in the Market for a new RAV4 after my brother bought his. Throughout the process Lou was understanding of my needs and constraints.
