Younger is THE place to go to get your new Toyota. I worked with Brandon over the past 3 months and he's fantastic. He was patient as I test drove a 4runner 3 times, and then ultimately helped me order my dream one. He kept me updated while we were waiting, and we were both excited once it finally arrived. Finalizing the sale was easy and actually fun. The finance dept, Dwayne Johnson in particular, was fantastic. I definitely recommend Younger!

Cars.com has several Mitsubishi Mirage listings for this dealership, however the dealership does not have have a single one of these cars. They claim that they have been trying to get them removed from Cars.com for over 6 months. If the information on the website is 6+ months out of date it's pretty useless.

For me wanting to make a purchase, my salesmen Rob Lewis wasn't only knowledgeable in his profession, he made my purchase stress free. His professionalism in answering questions, communicating in (layman's terms) was much appreciated, and I would definitely buy again and recommend Younger Toyota.

Had a great experience at Younger, Jonathan was a great salesman. This was our 5th vehicle from Younger. And we hope to purchase more in the future.

They are exactly what people say dealership service centers are. They will over charge by 4 to 5 times what a very competent service center would charge for the same repair. A $60.00 sensor up charged to $220.00 and 600 installation for a 15 minute job, is standard for this service center. Making their effective Shop rate around, 900.00 per hour, seriously, folks that’s a fact, for the time involved. Your power train warranty is not 5 years from purchase of a new car, it’s 5 years exactly from the time it rolls off the line, or as they say “first use” . if they start it up to load on the truck YOUR warranty starts right then, not if you purchase it new 9 months later. You then have a 4yr 3 month power train warranty, even if you have 20k miles on it. You should know this. Buyer be ware, I again, Strongly suggest you check any service center for the same repair, on your not covered warranty problems with new Toyotas. You will be ripped off by this dealership service center. Don’t say you haven’t been told.

I absolutely love Young Toyota in Hagerstown. They helped me during a very rough time and worked out a deal that was right for me. Will go there again in 3 years to get another vehicle as leasing is best for us right now and we LOVE our NEW Tacoma. thank you to everyone there, we appreciate you very much
