I had an amazing experience purchasing my Certified Pre Owned Infiniti QX50 from Justin Rogers over at the Infiniti of Naperville location. From the moment I sent a message to Managment and the Manager Dale Morrone they directed me to Justin who made the entire process easy as can be. Every time I entered I was greeted with a bottle of water and whatever process we were in was ready to go. Once I purchased the vehicle I stated that I wanted to get some window tint applied and that was taken care of within days and provided a loaner so I was not stuck at the dealership. Finance went very smooth and Jacob Korallus explained everything well and had some great conversations with the young man. Overall everyone had a positive attitude, was very helpful and gave me that family feel as I was walking out the door like, I can call these guys if I needed them to help me with another vehicle. THANK YOU INFINITI OF NAPERVILLE!

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and wanted to make sure I had a good experience and all my questions were answered. I did not feel like they were forcing me to choose them when I share that I was going to test drive another suv before making my final decision. I ended up coming back to them that evening to purchase the QX60.

This is our third Infiniti we have purchased from this dealership. Amir was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The whole process from test driving to purchase was very easy. We will definitely return when it’s time to purchase our next vehicle!
